Absolutely fantastic. Their website allows you to select allergies, and shows you everything that’s GF, and has a GFO, and what cannot be modified. Bonus: all pancakes and French toast can be GF except the vegan banana pancakes, and this pork green chili is GF. Tons of options, and hands down the best breakfast in Denver! Fantastic fun staff, and cool environment.

We had the best experience at this Snooze! I had gluten free pancakes with pecans and peanut butter and they were absolutely amazing! The waiter was very knowledgeable about what on the menu was actually gf and was helpful. Highly recommend it!

Lots of Gf options on the menu and knowledgeable staff. The online menu lets you know exactly what’s naturally gf and what can be modified. Great breakfast place

This place is EVERYTHING! We all loved it so much that we went back the next day. As someone who only feels comfortable when everyone from the host/ess to the servers understand, I can confidently say this place gets it. I had the salmon eggs Benedict over potatoes (latke) on day one. I should've requested that the latke be crispy as then it would have made it more perfect. Day 2 I had the sweet potato smash. It was incredibly tasty: a perfect blend of crisp and soft, sweet and savory. I loved that the menu itself has a statement about if you need anything GF, they'll do it. This is a must visit. My dairy free friend enjoyed her two options as well.

I’ve eaten here multiple times and my digestive system is very sensitive to gluten. I’ve never had an issue.

I eat here often and have never been sick. They seem knowledgeable and accommodating of my celiac.
Every time I have eaten here I have reacted. Be careful.

Very knowledgeable staff! Best GF pancakes I’ve ever had. I haven’t had any other GF options here but pancakes are what I miss most with my dietary restrictions.
Yes
Amazing pancakes! Highly recommend!
The server was so knowledge about the menu and I assured the cooks took allergies seriously. I’m super sensitive and I had no bad reactions. Got the pancake flight and egg white omelette. Will go back soon!
Staff was great. Love the atmosphere. We had pancakes plus the pancake of the day-gf. It had peaches and brown sugar crumble with a cream filling. So good. Belly feels great-and my belly is very sensitive

Delicious food, and a great gluten free menu including pancakes and french toast. Servers are knowledgeable about the menu and it was very easy to order.

Visiting from out of town and our friends brought us here. I was amazed at the gf options! It was so delicious my husband and I went back on our own two more times. I just wish we had one of these at home!
Amazing brunch, amazing staff. The wait can be long, but it’s totally worth it. Our waitress asked if anyone had any allergies before we even ordered and I told her I was celiac, to which she said “absolutely no problem” and then proceeded to bring us out the most amazing celiac safe pancake i have ever had (for free mind you) while we waited for our food. It had a gluten free labeled pick in it which is always reassuring so they don’t get mixed up with the regular ones. It had a mind blowing homemade peppermint marshmallow on top, she asked for it without gingerbread since she knew i couldnt have gluten and it came with a delicious chocolate sauce. Totally tasted like dessert but everyone i was with loved it. I ordered the hashbrowns with poblanos, spinach and avocado and a side of fruit with a pineapple mimosa. Everything was delicious, the 3 non-celiacs i was with all loved their food and I didn’t feel sick at all afterwords. My new favorite breakfast place, will be coming back a lot.

Lots of GF items. Had the plain French toast. Was amazing!

Snooze has a lot of gf options. Almost all of the pancakes can be made gf (and I had to confirm ours were gf because they were so delicious and fluffy) and the servers we have had are knowledgeable about their gf and non gf items. I gave celiac and am very sensitive and have had no cross contamination or reactions. Also, the peach Bellini is amazing. The only issue is the wait, but there is a long wait for a reason, because snooze is awesome.
Yes
Large gluten-free menu. New location. Staff requires additional training on cross-contamination.

Great with GF. Pancakes are wonderful and only one is not possible for GF. Most servers ask at the beginning about allergies and the take extra care in the kitchen.

Fun place for brunch with friends. It has a retro decor and fun coffee mugs. Their pancakes are HUGE! Hash browns come as a formed patty (kinda like a burger?) with crispy outsides and soft center. A fair amount of items are GF. They have corn hole outside while you wait and a front patio with dog friendly seating.

I unfortunately got pretty sick eating here. Yes most of the food is gluten free but according to some of the reviews here it seems like things are prepped on shared surfaces. I think I got a little unlucky with my waitress too as she was pretty dismissive of my celiac questions but most people seem to have a better experience. Ate the crab and asparagus omelette so assumed I was making a decently safe choice anyways but not doubt wound up sick in the end from it somehow. All in all, it seems like they probably do what they can but it’s a busy place with ample opportunity for cross contamination and I don’t think I’ll be returning
