I love coming here. Wait staff is always knowledgeable about GF options or how to make it GF. My breakfast and coffee were delicious and I did not get sick. Yay!
Our waitress was phenomenal! The food was pretty good, not the very best, but definitely not *bad.* Pancakes were HUGE. There’s no gf menu, but almost everything can be made gf with their gf bread option. Their mimosa was AMAZING. I’d recommend joining the waitlist or making a reservation because it got very busy very quick.
I’ve been here several times now and have dined at Snooze in Colorado and throughout Texas. I second guess pancakes here all the time so I don’t get them, unfortunately. There seems to be a lack of consistency in knowledge about gluten here. I’ve seen them either “forget the stick” or have to take something back. The service is either amazing or not great. Drinks are inconsistent as well. Coffee is always great!

Celiac here. I ordered the gf upside down pineapple pancakes. They gave me the non-gf batter, but it came with the gf stick saying I was good to go! My entire afternoon was taken from me. Do not recommend.
i LOVE snooze! their pineapple upside down pancakes are so good and ive never had an issue with glutening! make sure you tell them if you have celiac and they will take care of you!
My daughter was glutened here. We have safely eaten at Dallas, Austin and SA locations. I feel that our waiter did not understand gluten allergy and did not take precautions. Do not eat at this location if Celiac or perhaps ask for the manager.
This is a fantastic place to go for breakfast! Most everything can be made gf including the French toast. I ordered the strawberry shortcake pancakes and did not get sick. Very gf aware! Can’t wait to go back!
Went here for the first time. Got the omelette no issues!
Great options. Practically anything can be made gf, including French toast, egg bennies and pancakes. When I asked about gf, my server asked if it was an allergy and would tell the kitchen know. My French toast was amazing. Will definitely go back to try more.

Had a delicious GF pancake and my husband ordered avocado toast with egg. Both were GF and delicious. No issues at all. Service was great. Enjoyed it!!

Fantastic menu and allergy food comes out flagged. Such a treat for a nearly-all celiac safe menu - esp so many types of eggs Benedict! Hash browns are safe too.
I adore Snooze. It’s easily my favorite GF restaurant in town. I have not been contaminated here and so much of their menu can be safely made gluten free. Also they have the most delicious GF pancakes I’ve ever had.
Many healthier gf options. Includes pancakes, french toast, toast. I had egg white scramble with veggies and chicken sausage, they were excellent and also low carb
