Celiac awareness was awesome. Separate toaster for buns, separate fryer for fries. Tell them you are Celiac GF and they dress your burger with toppings straight from the fridge. Celiac staff member is doing a great job educating everyone.

As usual, South Street Burger is my feel good, gf, fast food haven! They do a fabulous job making sure that their is no cross contamination when prepping your meal. I have eaten here a few times since my celiac diagnosis, and it’s nice to feel safe when eating out.

All burgers and fries are gluten free only thing cooked in the fryers are fries. They have gluten free buns and a dedicated toaster for the buns. The buns are by Oh Dough's they don't crumble or fall apart they taste good. They change there gloves with out even asking and will get you all fresh toppings from the bottom unopened containers. The burgers are hormone antibiotic free great quality meat some where fast to grab a greasy bit.👍🏻

Staff was very good about making sure we were safe. They changed their gloves, used a separate toaster and used untouched condiments from the fridge. Even the flipper was a dedicated flipper. Fries are safe as they are NYFries done in a dedicated fryer and the gravy is even gf! One poster said the gf bun is $2 more, it is only $1.

Burger is good and they are very careful not to cross contaminate . The burgers are pricy there to begin with and gf is an additional 2$. It's nice once in awhile when you are craving a good burger tho.

Gravy is vegetarien but not vegan as it contains milk ingredients.

Staff was knowledgeable about gluten ingredients. Food tasted great. Gf bun fell apart while eating. They did put cheese on one of the gluten free Burgers even though we did not ask for it and they are a celiac with a dairy allergy. They changed gloves and bagged each person's order separately.

This was the best burger I have ever had. The gluten free buns don’t fall apart and the burger was so juicy. They have a gluten free fryer so I could have fries or sweet potato fries, which are also very good. The place was very clean and the service was so nice and also very fast.

Super great! They knew everything about cross contamination and were very willing to get new bins of everything to make sure there was no cross contact. They offered gluten free buns and toasted them in a separate toaster. They also had a separate fryer for fries. It was delicious!!

Some staff know protocols well, some don’t but they will do what you ask if you explain it.
