I’ve eaten here many times and I’ve never felt sick after. If you’re being realistic no restaurant is completely safe for celiacs if they bake with regular flour. With that logic most places would not be safe for celiacs when it comes to pizza and pasta shops, but when it comes to pizza places I feel safe eating here. They inform you that flour is technically in the air and all the risks which I really appreciate. I think most places don’t disclose or talk about those details. I love all of the pizzas, they have amazing vegan cheese and they have great customer service and practices. They take all the steps they can to ensure safety for celiacs so I personally feel really safe eating here! I also recommend doing take out - they only have a small outside eating area

They have gluten free crust available, it’s fairly good! After explaining my situation to the waiter, they were concerned about flour in the air of the kitchen. They also mentioned that the pizza oven does not get cleaned between pizzas but does reach 800° which is hot enough to disintegrate gluten. Then they move the pizza directly to the serving plate and cut the pizza there.
When the waiter brought my pizza out he made sure to emphasize that they tried their best to make it free of all gluten! Though it looked a little drab, it tasted delicious and I felt great afterward.
