I ordered the gluten-free chicken tenders and french fries and I was gluten. I asked the employee about cross contamination and he said I would be fine! I called when my symptoms started and they said the French fries are NO longer gluten free….

As others stated, fries are now cooked with churros. I asked for them to do my fries in the fryer the chicken goes in to avoid cross contamination and they agreed so you can ask them to accommodate but be careful with cross contamination here

Fries are NO LONGER gluten free. They are now doing churros in the fryers previously reserved for fries.
Menu still states they are gluten free.

Fries are made in the same oil a churros. I confirmed with manager. Celiacs please be aware.
Chicken is good. Some staff members are knowledgeable others are clueless. We have been twice no issues.

I'm not entirely sure about this place. I am visiting family in the bay area and stopped in based on the number of celiac safe comments. The staff was extremely confused when I asked about celiac safe menu items. I explained that I am celiac and cannot eat gluten or consume items which have been cross contaminated with gluten. I was assured by the manager in duty that they have dedicated fryers (although this seems suspect based on other reviews and their own website.). Decided to try it since their website has test results which show their fryers are well below 20ppm. When our order was up, my GF meal was served on the same tray as my husband's gluten meal. Feeling sick after eating. Seems like their practices are inconsistent. Beware.

Been going here since they opened. I have celiac disease and have not gotten sick once. They do use a shared fryer. But they test for PPM (and it is well below the 20 ppm). Highly recommend if you are in search of fried chicken!
Use their online to search for what is gluten free (not everything is!)

Everything is fried is a shared fryer where they fry churros containing gluten. I’m not sure why people are eating here or giving them good reviews. If you are celiac nothing fried is safe.

I've been eating here for about 6 months now and I have not gotten glutened. Stay away from the blue cheese dips tho. Their online says what you can and can't eat.

The best chicken tenders you could find, even if you weren’t gluten free. Very little of the menu is off limits and everything is well labeled. I’ve never gotten sick from any location I’ve been to.
The star sauce is amazing, my favorite by far of all the sauces.

This location opened recently. Lots of gluten free options clearly marked on the menu- we didn’t see them on the online ordering. The cashier was very knowledgeable and wasn’t afraid to offer to double check if she wasn’t sure. We got the 3 piece classic box- 3 incredibly crunchy chicken tenders (rice flour), fries, and a cold slaw with kale and carrots. You can get all fries or all slaw if you prefer. Comes with 2 dipping sauces- we got honey mustard and Greek yogurt ranch. They did accidentally give me a hoisin aioli- I didn’t risk it. I got the pineapple limeade and it was yummy-just enough tart- I usually just drink water or plain iced tea, so this was a treat! We watched them make a lettuce wrap sandwich- she wiped down the workspace and used romaine leaves- was a large sandwich. Receipt was marked gluten allergy. Im super new to all of this and very anxious to eat outside of my home. There’s a few deals- if you download their app- you can collect points. Or there’s a discount code through yelp. Parking was easy in garage. We were there about 2pm on a Thursday and the place was hoping! I can’t imagine what dinner time or the weekend will look like. Food took awhile to come out, so we had it to go. Will definitely be back!

Really really good! No, it’s not exactly the same but as someone quite new to GF (to still remember all the gluten goodness), I was rather impressed and would happily eat here even if I had a magic fix.
Very clear info on their menu and while they’re transparent about it not being a GF kitchen, that goes a long to having confidence for me. That most of their products are GF helps too.

Lots of gf options - chicken strips and fries are delicious. It’s one of our go-to options for take out.

Amending my review because of some mixed messaging I just discovered. The GF on their menus and allergy list only means (the unhelpfully vague term) "gluten friendly" despite staff refering to it "gluten free"... Conversely, my server had also told me the fries contain 5% gluten... Head office now tells me they meant they contain 5 parts per millions in regular testing, well below the standard to be considered gluten free (20ppm), so they should be safe for celiacs after all. So staff not as knowledgeable as I first thought... Confusing!Proceed with caution! 🥴
My original review:
Great variety of GF chicken options marked on menu - BUT despite the fries being marked GF on menu and allergy info, they are actually a cross contamination risk because they are fried in same fryer as gluten-containing churros. Always an annoyance that they mark such things as GF!! But helpful and knowledgeable staff... Like, surprisingly knowledgeable for a fast food chain.

My absolute favorite chicken ever!!! And the breading is gluten free flour. It satisfies my chicken tender craving every time. Watch out for the Thai sauce as it has gluten.
