I signed up just to leave a positive review! My wife is gluten intolerant and I am a sensitive celiac. We have been in San Antonio for a few days and have tried several restaurants that looked safe and this is a hidden gem that I am so happy to recommend to anyone! The food is phenomenal and it’s so refreshing to be able to order anything on the menu. In addition to the fantastic food, I enjoyed the atmosphere as it was quiet enough that we could enjoy a conversation. The service was as good as the food. Very warm and inviting.

AMAZING!! The food is off the charts good, the service was better than a Michelin starred restaurant, and the food came out really quickly! The entire place is GF and our server had Celiac, so she completely understood. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

So so so good. Everything is GF even though their menu says to ask the server about GF options. They did that to attract people who would never go to a GF restaurant. Tons of choices and everything was amazing. Owned by a sister with Celiac and a brother (a chef) with a gluten intolerance, they are in the top 3 GF restaurants I have ever gone to. The sticky ribs are to die for! Too bad we found them on our last night in town or we would be back over and over.

I am so grateful to this app for finding this wonderful restaurant. Made it a priority to go while on vacation because of all the great reviews. They are absolutely legit! Everything we had was beyond fantastic. I'm a foodie who knows how to cook well, but I just get tired having to make everything gluten free myself. I spoke with our very hospitable server, who is celiac and happens to be the sister of the owner and chef, who is non celiac gluten sensitive. The chef went through culinary school before he realized he was gluten intolerant so he had to relearn how to cook and bake without gluten. Everything we ate, from appetizer to entrees to dessert tasted absolutely incredible. Food presentation was gorgeous, very high end, and as others have mentioned, it's a tiny little restaurant in a strip mall. I did ask the sister/server about some confusion with the menu stating that you should ask server for gluten-free options available. She did explain that the entire kitchen and menu are absolutely gluten free, but they put that clause at the bottom so people wouldn't have to feel uncomfortable about being gluten free. I didn't quite understand her logic, but it was important to her and the food is absolutely worth it! Chicken and waffles, spicy crispy cauliflower, and the smoked pork belly bowl, aand churro bread pudding are all unbelievably tasty! !I'm so sad we don't live in San Antonio!

Absolutely hands down best dedicated gluten free food we've ever experienced and it is an experience 😋 The food presentation is remarkable and the people are genuinely exceptional. We highly recommend. We ate here twice while visiting San Antonio. My husband is celiac and extremely sensitive to cross contamination. Nothing on the menu was off limits!

This place is amazing! It is an Asian and Mexican fusion, and the award winning taco flight is amazing! Everything there is gluten free, and if you are there for brunch, they have French toast and they make their own brioche bread in house!

My sister and I had a wonderful experience having lunch at Stixs and Stones yesterday. Melissa, the hostess and server was warm, welcoming and answered all of our questions. We had the Korean Cauliflower starter and shared the Hong Kong Chicken and Waffles. The flavor of both dishes was excellent. I have celiac disease and had no issue whatsoever with the food. This small local restaurant is definitely a “go-to” for flavorful GF food.

This place was amazing!! The chef and owner is gluten intolerant and his sister (the waitress) is celiac. The entire location is gluten free with no chance for cross contamination. The plating looks like a fancy restaurant and the food is wonderful.

This place is a little slice of heaven. Fantastic flavors across the entire menu. Dedicated Gluten Free kitchen too so everything is safe. No stone is worth leaving unturned at this fantastic eatery. Go nuts, give it all a try, my personal favorite and recommendation is the Hong Kong Chicken and Waffle!

This is a charming little restaurant with the friendliest staff and most delicious food I’ve had in a long while. Their menu is completely GF, and they were even able to help is identify other potential allergens (dairy, dyes) and make accommodations for some of the dishes. Everything we had was AMAZING. We feasted on the Korean Fried Cauliflower, the Sticky Sticky Ribs, the Wok Fried Pork Belly, the Chicken&Hong Kong Waffle, the Fried Kimchi Bowl, the Churro Bread Pudding, and the Berries in a Blanket. Each dish was as scrumptious as the last, and none disappointed!

We had the Wok fried pork belly delight and the chicken and Hong Kong waffle and both were excellent. Our waitress, Michelle, was very passionate about the entire menu and the service was outstanding. Hopefully this place continues to do well as I look forward to going back for years to come.

This place is hands down DELICIOUS. Not sure why it’s not labeled all GF… all the food is GF! Try every one of the tacos. Try the yakitori bowls. And if they have it, order the amazing chicken and waffles! And GF dessert! (I about cried when I could actually have tres leches cake!) They are also incredibly friendly and this food is obviously made with love and pride. Ten stars.

Great family owned restaurant; all gluten free. I’m gluten intolerant and my husband can eat gluten. He insisted I write a review because he wanted people who could eat gluten to know that they would love it too! Beautiful presentation and sauces. Wonderful staff, very friendly. We had a starter of the fried cauliflower, street corn, one of the protein bowls, chicken and sweet potato waffle and a lemon tart. Enjoyed it all.

The food, waitstaff, and chef were all excellent. Oh my goodness!! This place is amazing!! Everything is gluten free!!! My family didn’t even know how to pick as we are usually stuck with a salad or a plain meat when we dine out. 3 out of the 4 of us has the chicken and sweet potato waffle. It was so delicious. And there was so much food!! My husband had the pork belly and polenta which he really enjoyed, but he wished he had gotten the chicken and waffle too!! We also had the churro bread pudding, which was better than any dessert I have had since finding out I could not have gluten anymore. The servers were so kind and attentive. Everything about here was great!! Wish we lived here so we could go more often.

My son’s review…. Oh my gosh. Two words: awesomely delicious. The food- outstanding. The drinks- phenomenal. I had the Hibiscus Lemonade. I even liked it better than the strawberry lemonade, which was good. Also, the other awesome thing about these guys is that they have a second operating business which is late night takeout Chinese. The car isn’t even started but I had to stop and give my rave review about this place. It is completely gluten free and the food was amazing! Adriana was our hostess, waitress, chef, cashier, and busboy (girl), and she was so kind and friendly even when several more customers arrived. If only we lived in this area, we would make it at least a weekly stop. Thank you for offering such tasty food in such a safe environment!
