Unfortunately I was glutened here last weekend. I had a burger on gluten-free bread (untoasted) and their chips, which were represented to be gluten-free. They do fry their potato chips, so that may be where it happened, even though I asked the waitress if it was in a dedicated fryer. She didn't seem extremely knowledgeable throughout the ordering process. I would note that there are national menu has gluten-free items identified on it, but this local menu does not; she verbally said that the same items were gluten-free at their location as well, though. If I do go back, I will get a salad or an omelette. ☹
the staff was super friendly despite how crowded it was this morning. I stuck with something simply, a loaded hashbrown, and I ordered it without toast despite there being gluten-free bread. the loaded hashbrown comes with gravy and, unfortunately, that's not gluten-free, but the meal was still delicious! I haven't gotten sick so far but, granted, I ate about an hour ago so any symptoms haven't popped up yet. regardless, it was still delicious and satisfied my craving for hashbrowns!
