Food is definitely gluten free, but their bread is awful for sandwiches and is at risk for cross contamination, almonds/salad materials also at risk, cookies/muffins are in the same case and sometimes on same plates as things that contain gluten. Staff is good about labeling things gluten free, but if you have a severe allergy I’d beware.

They have a ton of great gluten free options, my favorite is the smoked salmon & avocado tartine. The desserts are amazing, the tea cakes and berry pavlova are super good!

Absolutely love this place! I’ve eaten at multiple of their locations and never gotten sick. They have so many gf options and everything I’ve tried has been delicious. They’re all super popular and get crowded but I highly recommend if you’re looking for breakfast/lunch/a snack in Boston!

Great food! The Lamb Hash is my favorite. Their kitchen can make safe food, but the baked goods are only gluten free friendly because they are not baked in a dedicated kitchen, and are stored in a shared space. I didn't risk it, but I my friends love their Gf baked goods if you are okay with cross contamination.

All of the GF food is safely prepared for celiacs, except for the pastries that are labeled gluten friendly! Those are cross contaminated. The bread is prepared offsite and is safe. I go all the time and have not gotten sick.
