Amazing gluten free experience back home! The only issue was not sure what dressing was served with the Greek Salad, but everything else I ate was delicious!

The food here is consistently delicious. They have a very nice selection of gf food clearly marked on the menu. Two of my family members have Celiac Disease and have never had a problem here. This is one of our favorite restaurants in the area!

The food was ok, the place seemed a little worse for wear. I got the salmon salad - the salmon was cooked very well, but the salmon was a bit fishiwr than it should have been and the dressing was weird. My partner got the shrimp and grits and wasn't a fan.

Delicious! Plenty of GF options marked on the menu. We loved the crab nachos and potato chip-encrusted mahi. Honestly the best food we had in Virginia Beach on our recent visit. Very friendly and attentive staff, even on a busy holiday weekend. I did not have any reactions to cross-contamination. Highly, highly recommend!

What a great find! Gluten free items are clearly marked and the waitstaff was helpful and kind. The food was wonderful! I had the shrimp and grits and is was delicious! I am not sure about cross contamination measures, but I did not get sick.

I also have a problem with dairy, so I ordered the salmon salad without cheese. Great service and wine. Very popular place, so very busy. Would have more to offer Celiacs/GF intolerant people without dairy problems because the dishes’ ingredients are prepped in advance. Items that are GF are noted on the menu, and the menu even includes a GF dessert (again, not dairy free).

Excellent service. Very knowledgeable about gluten allergies. Food was delicious. Highly recommend. I did not have any reactions. I was chilly outside and the server got me a heater. Did I mention the food was delicious.

Crab nachos, crab legs, and spiced shrimp were all amazing. Several GFree options on the menu for plated dinners too. Will definitely be going back.

Ate here for the 2nd time tonight, so many gf options to choose from. Had the crab nachos for my meal and peach melba for desert. Food is over the top good .

Little restaurant has a great vibe! Knowledgeable staff and super yummy food. There was no gluten in our GF dishes. We will return.

Amazing food from a cute little restaurant. The server was knowledgeable and helpful (double checking the specials for me). The menu notes which items are gluten free. The only downside is that the restaurant is not air conditioned so they had a ton of fans to keep us cool which was a little annoying. I’m sure it’s better in cooler weather! Other than that, I would highly recommend.

One of our favorite meals of the trip! Have tons of GF options, including the Crab Nachos and Shrimp and Grits which were both delicious! Def recommend but make reservations!

Very disappointed considering how many good reviews this place had. I even called before we went to make sure they were clear on the gluten free part of this. They SOUNDED really knowledgeable. This was not the case when we arrived. The waiter had NO clue about gluten. They had no gluten free adult drink options, unlike many others on the beach. Waiter kept telling me "sure, it looks vegertarian, right?" I kept correcting him. ..GLUTEN...NOT vegetarian. He would shrug. I double checked with each course and he would say "umm, ya" when I'd say this is gluten free right? . Unrelated to the gluten issue, also "didn't think" sodas had free refills for my daughter AND rounded the bill up when he brought my change. Abbey Road....they had their stuff together!!! MUCH better option!!!

I have Celiac disease. It's always so hard to find restaurants on vacation. This restaurant has loads of options on its menu identified as gluten free. I have gotten the Shrimp and Cheddar Cheese grits twice. I look forward to my next visit.

My daughter and I have Celiac disease. The staff was knowledgeable about the need to prepare foods carefully. The crab nachos were fabulous. We both enjoyed our snapper and mahi fish meals. My son and husband enjoyed their meals as well.

Lots of choices. Always ask questions if concerns with their prep. I wanted shrimp and grits but wasn't sure what to ask to ensure that it really was gluten free. I had the Mahi and it was wonderful. So far no ill effects. The wait time was about 30-40 min and we got there about 6;20pm in sept. The waitress was wonderful and helped create an option for my dairy:egg free toddler at a reduced menu rate as they do not have a kids menu. All their normal things they offer kids he couldn't eat. I have never had a place create a price for something and that made me happy to not pay full menu price for a piece of chicken! My meal of a large piece of Mahi and red potatoes was $18.95.... Pricey but average for beach. Happy with portion size. Meal came quickly. They also had one option for dessert but I did not try it. My non allergy/non celiac family likes their meals as well.

I am not saying it is celiac friendly as I did not confirm the preparation.

You must order the crab nachos. Grew up on the Oregon coast and these brought me back to home. Crab nachos are enough for two or more people. My entree kept pleasing, seared tuna with jasmine rice. There was not an ounce left on my plate. The drinks are great, ambience in a small house is great and the staff extra amazing. Chad, my server, was great and double checked that the special was gluten free. Can't wait to return!!!!!

Lots of delicious option! Ordered the crab nachos (so good!!) and the shrimp and grits, boyfriend ordered tilapia au gratin, also gf! Nice to have so many options on the menu! It was tough to choose. They told us when we arrived (about 9pm) that it was a 45 minute wait but it only ended up being a 5 minute wait.
