I have good luck ordering a salad without croutons.

Have been twice this month. Service great. I warned waitress I was Celiac. Have several GF choices , only charge 1.00 extra on bun and appeared knowledgeable. I had the homemade chips & dip, burger and fries. Told they have GF dedicated fryer. All delicious. No problem. 2nd visit same order but this time my GF bun was never toasted/heated so lacked taste and was a crumbled mess. As I really didn’t need it I only mentioned at end just asking them to remind kitchen that GF buns need to toasted. They insisted on giving e a discount even though I was fine. Heading back on my birthday addicted to those chips. Burgers & fries great too. Note I’m not a extremely sensitive celiac like a lot are so a tiny crumb or two on a conveyor belt for example would not get me.

(Previous rating was a 5) I had an adverse reaction to my meal yesterday for the first time. I ate here several times without issue, always getting the Skinny Dip and loving every second of it. But don’t think I’ll be back after this last visit. 😞

They have a separate GF menu. The waiter also said that the kitchen staff changes out their gloves when notified of a gluten allergy and they have a separate fryer if you want French fries!

As a celiac, I have been very pleased with the extra attention they give to my orders. I know it's hard in kitchens and I'm so appreciative. Their gluten free buns are warm, soft and delicious with a toasted surface and so I love getting their mushroom burger. They make their fries for me in a separate pot to ensure no cross contamination, so it takes longer but I certainly have no complaints at all. Love this place!

I require a gluten and dairy-free diet. Ted's has been very accommodating each time I've visited. They even have delicious gf hamburger buns to go with their fabulous bison burgers. The fries are gluten free as well.

Eat here weekly. They take extra precautions for celiac disease! They have gluten free hamburger buns!!! Nash is the manager he rocks! Whitney is our bartender and she is fantastic!

Our daughter has multiple food allergies and had a wonderful meal! Dedicated fryers meant she could actually eat the French fries! Bun free burger with cheddar was great. We will definitely be back!

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience. Just wanted the big sky salad with salmon off the gluten free menu. Side of fries which was great so that gets 2 stars. Salad came with croutons from a different wait person who didn't care so much. Our waiter did bring me a new one but this one had cheese which is also asked about because I have a dairy allergy. At this point they're never brought husband his mustard and we had to flag down the hostess to help get a new salad. Manager comes and asks if she can use same salmon because it will take long. I'm not anaphylactic and I check it and say sure, it's not touching cheese. We'll I finally get my salad no croutons and no cheese. The salmon was half raw. I ate around the raw middle - so hungry. Manager had already Said she'd comp my salad but what a disaster. There was nothing to indicate my food was allergy friendly. Servers who brought food out had no idea. Just not many protocols in place to verify what they are serving. But I would bring my daughter for the fries if we traveled here again but my husband wasn't impressed with his burger so it wouldn't be for the food.

The waiter was very knowledgeable about cross contact and even stopped by after I had started eating to make sure everything was okay and I wasn't having any issues. Before I could even ask, she offered to have them cook my meal in a clean pan or on foil.

I can't say for sure that it was 100% safe since I'm fairly asymptomatic celiac but I felt very comfortable eating there and had a high confidence that my food was safe.

I ordered a salad without the croutons and added grilled chicken. I haven't had a reaction. The waiter seemed knowledgeable about allergies and said that my food would be handled carefully. It did take a long time to get our food, but the salad was good.

I am gluten free and dairy free. I was able to get the bison burger on the gf bun which is also DF. We got the homemade chips for an appetizer and the fries with my meal, both made in dedicated fryer.
