Got a burger, fries and angry orchard cider. The bun wasn’t great but otherwise everything was good. The fries are cooked separately and hand cut.
They have a full dedicated gluten free menu with plenty of options in all categories (apps, salads, steaks, burgers, kids menu, desserts). Also a dedicated GF frier, so my son was thrilled to get safe fries… Also said the burger bun was soft and delicious. We will absolutely eat here again.

The server was very knowledgeable about GF options. I had the bison filet/fries and a shrimp appetizer. They substituted the bread on the app for some salad with dressing already on it. I didn’t know the ingredients in the dressing, but tried it anyway & no reactions. Delicious meal & no reactions after. It’s a bit pricey, but will be going back!
This is by far my favorite gluten free restaurant! Staff is knowledgeable and prepared to deal with gluten allergy. The bison burger and fries are both delicious. The buns are inconsistent - sometimes the bun is the best in the world, other times a little dry. Beer selection is awful, only gluten free alcoholic bev was angry orchard, not even a good cider!
Gf bun for my son’s burger wasn’t very good, my and husbands salad was very small (not entree size), nachos (left off bison chili to be gf, w/o price reduction, or replacement with chopped bison patty or extra toppings), broccoli side tasted like gas.
I’ve eaten here 3 times ... unfortunately in addition to gluten I’m also allergic to several other proteins including beef and pork so I get excited for the rare bison steak I eat here off the gf menu. They said they “flagged” all my allergies and I cannot attest to the celiac friendly part (although the first shrimp appetizer came out with the bread underneath and the had to remake it) but I’m almost certain I tasted a piece of bacon stuck to the outside of my bison steak and got pretty sick afterwards. Soooo 2/3 not sick, 1/3 SICK
Bison burgers are delicious! They have a gluten free menu as well as gluten free buns available for burgers. When I was there for lunch, the server came back from the kitchen to clarify if my gluten free needs were a preference or allergy so they could prepare the food accordingly.

3 of 4 steaks cooked wrong. Blamed us for ordering wrong. Service was slow. Food was average at best.
Have tried bison steaks and bison burgers.
Bison burgers are better than beef burgers.
Beef steaks are better than bison steaks.
Gluten free buns are available for burgers.
The food seemed to be ok as far as gluten, but overall was not good as I got food poisoning.

I got a chili burger with a gluten free bun, French fries, and I side salad without croutons. It was super good and I thought the bun was great for gluten free, so were the fries, but the fries and bun took forever to get, and they forgot about them, and we had to remind them, great food, horrible service
I was told that corporate has put in a new management and they were very excited about it and said it was needed. They have a separate gluten-free menu and our server was very knowledgeable about items and said that he would alert the kitchen staff about my gluten allergy as well. I got a kids size burger with no bun and fries and had no problems. My sister got the gluten-free nachos they were good but needed more chili than cheese.
Have a gluten free menu and lots of options
