Had a great meal here - separate menu with lots of choice.
Staff were well informed of dealing with allergen orders - we did call ahead before we arrived but felt completely at ease after speaking to the server regardless

I called the day before to inquire about accommodations for celiac and the women on the phone simply stated to tell my waitress when I approve and they will inform the kitchen when I arrive.
When I got the restaurant and was seated our waitresses was amazing and I informed her of my celiac. She was very helpful and stated that they did not have a designated fryer because of how small the kitchen was but could accommodate. I ordered the chicken penne and was Informed that the pasta was cooked in a separate pot from the other pasta.
It has been almost two hours now since leaving the restaurant and I do not feel sick at all. It was such a wonderful experience and will definitely return again.

Very frustrating eating here. Most of their gluten friendly menu is all fried, but they still don’t have a separate fryer. So if you’re a celiac like me, not much to eat. I had the burger that came out 12 mins after my fellow guests,(after already waiting a very long time for our food)and it was burnt black, and soooo dry! The bun was gross. Clearly freezer burnt or very stale. I wish more restaurants would stop filling their gluten friendly menus with fried stuff without a separate fryer. It kind of feels like they do that to bulk up the menu to look better than it really is.

I had a delightful experience at Bauer Kitchen. The server assured me that the kitchen staff were trained with cross-contamination avoidance and that I could have anything on the gluten friendly menu minus the fried items. I wish they had a dedicated fryer, but there were still ample options. I enjoyed my bowl and will be coming back to try some of the others!

The kitchen staff doesn’t really seem to understand what celiac means. I was brought out food that was NOT safe even though it’s marked as GLUTEN FRIENDLY it most certainly was not. I introduced myself as a celiac, I questioned my dish when it was brought out and I’m glad I did!! Anything fried is CC’d. I’m not sure how safe the grill is but it seemed to be ok though I was a little tummy off after I ate. I’m not sure id be quick to go back.

Staff was knowledgeable about gluten allergies & celiac disease. They have a large gluten free menu, including plant based/vegetarian GF options. No dedicated fryer though.
Yes
I went for brunch today and got the tofu scramble. They were very accommodating and pan fried the home fries instead of deep frying, and gave me GF toast. They used clean pans and have a GF only prep area. Highly recommend
Yes
Amazing burger and gf bun! Unfortunately the fries are not safe because of the fryer but they have other gf side options that are great! Servers were really accommodating and friendly.
Yes
Not may gf option available.
No
Lots of gf options. Be careful if you have other restrictions - I was given gf bread with corn after telling the server I couldn't have it.
