Staff was knowledgeable of gluten when asked. We ordered the fajita party pack with corn tortillas, refried beans, guacamole, etc. We were told all items on the menu except chili con carne and flour tortillas are gf. We enjoyed the food and had no issues with it.

The staff was accommodating and knowledgeable, but I did get sick. I really wanted it to be safe…it’s so yummy.

Lots of GF options! Chips are safe which is awesome.

While they don't have a gluten free menu, many items are safe! I always go for mini Mexican tacos or fajitas with corn tortillas and have never felt ill!
All fajitas are safe (the beef are excellent), rice, corn tortillas, chips, & salsa. Ask server for additional items. The strawberry margaritas are yummy!
No gluten free menu, but a lot of corn tortillas for Mexican dishes. Staff is also knowledgable about what sauces are gluten free or not. Try the pork fajitas!
Great food and the chips are gluten free. We love going here when we are in town. Our go to is the citrus infused pork fajitas with mushrooms and bacon wrapped shrimp with corn tortillas. We shared this with 3 people and had some left over!!

Conflicting information between staff on what is GF and what is not. Waiter said they use soy sauce for steak, another waiter said it was safe because it was gluten free. Per the manager there are only 3-4 things that aren’t GF.
Not the most flavorful food, but you can eat their chips due to them having a dedicated fryer and their salsa is pretty good!

The staff were very helpful with answering questions. Pretty much everything is or can be made gluten free. The chips are fried in a separate fryer. The corn tortillas are prepared at a separate station than the flour tortillas. An earlier review said the queso was not gluten free but our waitress told us it was. I ate it and had no reaction. Everything was yummy!

My experience has been good. I’ve eaten here three times with no incident. I had the sour cream chicken enchiladas. The chips have a dedicated fryer. There are only three items with gluten: the flour tortillas, the sopapillas and the chili con carne sauce. Everything else there is gluten-free including the chips!
Blue Goose wasn’t listed here when I first went to the McKinney location. It’s other locations are now listed & I’m adding the McKinney restaurant here.
