Conflicting information between staff on what is GF and what is not. Waiter said they use soy sauce for steak, another waiter said it was safe because it was gluten free. Per the manager there are only 3-4 things that aren’t GF.
Not the most flavorful food, but you can eat their chips due to them having a dedicated fryer and their salsa is pretty good!

The staff were very helpful with answering questions. Pretty much everything is or can be made gluten free. The chips are fried in a separate fryer. The corn tortillas are prepared at a separate station than the flour tortillas. An earlier review said the queso was not gluten free but our waitress told us it was. I ate it and had no reaction. Everything was yummy!

Staff was knowledgeable. They don’t have GF items marked on their menu but most of their food is GF including their chips. I did not get sick. Food was great and our server was amazing!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this location! As soon as I mentioned celiac to the waiter, he rattled off what was unsafe (queso, flour tortillas, and chili con carne) and didn’t bat an eye when I asked about a dedicated fryer for the chips! After this interaction, he left to speak to the kitchen to confirm. I felt extremely comfortable eating here. Staff is very knowledgeable about food safety requirements. We had a waiter switch up after the initial conversation (and celiac was not communicated) and the second waiter knew the same information except missed the queso in her list, but also confirmed with the kitchen. Big plus, the chips and salsa are safe! Basically everything on the menu is an option which felt very freeing and we had a wonderful time! No reactions and food was delicious!
Update: Ate here a second time for brunch and same results, this waiter was less informed on celiac, but still knew what items to avoid. Great experience!!

Great food and the chips are gluten free. We love going here when we are in town. Our go to is the citrus infused pork fajitas with mushrooms and bacon wrapped shrimp with corn tortillas. We shared this with 3 people and had some left over!!

My experience has been good. I’ve eaten here three times with no incident. I had the sour cream chicken enchiladas. The chips have a dedicated fryer. There are only three items with gluten: the flour tortillas, the sopapillas and the chili con carne sauce. Everything else there is gluten-free including the chips!
Blue Goose wasn’t listed here when I first went to the McKinney location. It’s other locations are now listed & I’m adding the McKinney restaurant here.

Great Tex-Mex place. Celiac Safe. A great port if the menu can be made gluten free. Avoid the flour tortillas and chili con carne but chips are in a dedicated fryer and the queso is gluten free as well. The steak fajitas were awesome here. The meat was perfectly cooked, tender, and lean.

This is my go to restaurant for Mexican food in Fort Worth. It is so good!! Everything is gf except flour tortillas and the chili con carne sauce (I believe). I have eaten here over 10 times and never had any cross contamination. And the chips are safe too because they use their own fryer!!!
