After eating safely at La Copine. The server told me the chef was Celiac at the Copper Room and he would take my allergy seriously. He recommended a gluten free vodka for my martini and went down the list of what I could safely eat. Dedicated fryer and all!! Excellent food. Old school vibe. LOVE it

10/10 celiac experience!!! The chef here has celiac, so the entire menu is secretly GF (as in, they don’t advertise it but it is). The only glutinous items are bread for sandwiches and buns for burgers - but they have GF options. Their fryer is completely GF, too, and they use tamari in place of soy sauce. The servers are very knowledgeable and kind with answering questions. If you drink, they have great cocktails and a huge sipping list.
