Delicious but I got super sick within an hour. The waiter didn’t seem to be paying a lot of attention, I shouldn’t have trusted. I’ll try again if I’m starving but I’d give them a thorough talking to and not trust unless I get full attention

The gourmet burgers were very delicious. They serve the burgers on GF buns and we shared a GF batch of fifty fifty fries. (Half shoe string fries and half sweet potato fries).

Yes their GF burger buns are quite delicious, and their shoestring fries are fresh and GF safe as well. Ask for their GF custom order sheet because many of the sauces on the Regular order sheet are not GF. The staff is knowledgeable and careful if notified that a client has a medical GF issue.

Never had a reaction at this location. They have a gluten free menu and a dedicated fries fryer. You can make custom burgers and salads. Their gluten free buns aren’t the best, they fall apart easily, but it is pretty hard to find a safe burger joint so I don’t mind too much. Just place your order for a gluten allergy and make sure you double confirm everything will be cooked on clean/ separate surfaces.

Update 2024: The last 3 times I’ve eaten her or gotten to-go I have gotten sick so I won’t be coming back again. I’m not sure what changed as I order the same things and communicate the same needs/requests as before.

You can build your own glutenfree burger! they have a seperate glutenfree menu and a dedicated glutenfree fryer. The brussel sprouts were amazing! I felt safe, but I am asymptomatic. Keep in mind that they also work with wheat buns in their kitchen. Prices are really fair, no upcharge for the glutenfree buns.

They tried to gluten/poison my wife who had carefully ordered from the dedicated GF menu. The waiter made a big deal about how careful they are with allergies, but then they brought her a burger on a regular bun, even though the burger had been flagged with a little stick to denote a gluten-free item and despite the fact that the food runner said it was GF when he brought it to the table. Thank goodness my wife noticed the similarity between her bun and mine, although it was only after she had already taken a big bite. They brought her a new burger (which she thoroughly enjoyed), but the waiter seemed offended and put off that we were upset and worried about her health. Ruined my appetite. We should have known to be more careful after he messed up our drink order, brought the wrong fries, and included onions on my order when I had told him I didn't want onions. After all of this, the waiter very reluctantly comped my wife's meal saying, "I will pay for it personally," as if he was trying to make my wife feel guilty about having been the victim in this situation. Comping her meal seemed like the absolute least he could do. We did not tip (that is a first for us) and we will never be back.
