When I asked about gluten free, the server handed me this little guide on the gluten free items! There is NO separate fryer. You have the option to build your own burger and they have quite a bit of options for sauces, toppings, etc. I got a bison burger with the gf bun, tomato, onion, pickles and garlic aoili. She mentioned that the corn was boiled and gf so I got that as my side! Burger was delicious!

OVERALL: Food and service are good but safety for celiacs needs improvement. Green beans are okay, so is corn on the cob or a side salad.
The Bison Beans are NOT gluten-free. The bourbon onions are cross contaminated. The fryers are shared so avoid anything fried. They do have gluten-free buns for $1 extra.
I went with a Lettuce Wrap on my short rib burger. They told me they would eliminate the bourbon onions but unfortunately they forgot and I didn't notice until halfway through. 😞
Advice to Hangry Bison: Your food is great, but please work with a professional to develop a solid, gluten-free menu and associated procedures and training to improve the level of safety you can provide.

I asked about gluten-free and the chef came out with a smile and informed me of what was gluten-free. I had the lettuce wrap build your own short rib burger which was was phenomenal, meat melted in your mouth. I also had the bison beans which had a nice flavor and the roasted corn on the cob was exceptional, it was served with melted butter that tasted like theatre butter for popcorn. Restaurant had a nice atmosphere and vibe, I will definitely be back to eat here. Thank you!

Delicious!! They have amazing burgers with gf buns. Fries are also in a separate fryer.
Wait staff was extremely knowledgeable! They offer gluten free burgers and chicken sandwiches. The French fries are not gluten free but you can get a side salad or roasted corn!
