The wait staff are trained in celiac issues and are knowledgeable about the menu. Once they take your order, it is reviewed by a manager who comes to the table to confirm that everything will be GF. The manager also delivered my meal separately from the other diners at the same table so as to prevent our waiter from accidentally cross-contaminating my plate. I have eaten here a few times with my daughter (also celiac) and neither one of us have had any issues so I conclude that the precautions taken in the kitchen are effective from a cross contamination perspective.
Food is good steakhouse fare, well cooked and tasty. Service is professional and friendly. Recommended.

Amazing food. Everything GF, very well attended by Mark. We ordered a Ribs to share. Plate is not cheaper, but worth it, it served 4 adults, even though the waiter said that it is for 3. Very friendly place, very good waiter. And everyone eating a delicious gluten free. Huge satisfaction. My Daughter, who is our lovely celiac, enjoyed the meat and Fries.
Yes
The serving staff and management say all the right things, but was definitely contaminated. Not recommended for celiac.

Providing a gluten free menu with the same premium steakhouse items The Keg is famous for ensures those sensitive to gluten can enjoy themselves at one of Toronto's most popular night spots.
Yes
It's a good thing my son likes steak because it makes it easier when dining out to find food that is safe for him. We had a nice safe meal at The Keg when we were in Montreal. They did not give us a GF menu, but instead had him look over the regular menu and they would adapt the dishes to work for Celiac. Since they don't have a dedicated fryer, they offered to oven bake his fries. All in all, it worked out perfectly. I appreciated the extra step of having the manager come to the table to confirm for us that they understood the need to avoid cross-contamination in the kitchen and that my son's order would be safe for Celiac. Definitely recommend.

Ordered the fillet with baked potato with only butter. Fillet came withbernaise sauce. Meal was gluten free I had no symptons. Food manager came out to explain that they use separate part of the grill for gluten free items. Veges were also GF and tasty. Excellent job by the chef. Gluten intolerant, possible Celiac.
