This should be listed as a top restaurant for celiac patrons. The choice, food, staff, ambiance and safety of the meal were exceptional. We had an amazing last dinner in Niagara Falls, complete with fireworks and an entire family feeling great after.

There are gf items marked on the menu but I found that the waitress was completely unaware and uninterested with regards to food allergies. I told her I was gf and df and ordered steak, baked potato, and veggies. I asked if any of it was made using butter and her response was "probably not". My confidence sunk. I asked her to go ask the kitchen. She came back and said that the veggies were made with butter but they could use olive oil instead and that they could serve the baked potato without butter. I thanked her. Then she brought me bread and butter!
The meal tasted okay but just okay. Definitely not worth $100 for two steak dinners.

The menu was clearly marked, my waitress was knowledgeable, and food was prepared in separate area to prevent cross contamination. One of the best steaks I have ever had.

The Keg chain in general is known for being exceptional with allergies. Gluten free items clearly marked on menu. The view at this restaurant is stunning. Prices are a bit higher than your average keg. The salmon was the best salmon I've ever had!

I was really impressed with the service. The supervisor came out to ensure me that the chefs were aware of my needs and the meal would be safe, including a heightened awareness of cross contamination (I didn’t even ask to speak with the manager / supervisor). Items are marked GF on the menu which made selection very easy.

My dad has celiac. The menu was clearly marked, and the manager came to the table to double check that the order was accurate and to confirm that all items were GF.
Yes
Had GF menu, server assured she would inform chef. Wedge salad with bacon and ranch dressing tested as safe and it was good. Meal of filet wrapped in bacon, baked potato with sour cream, and mushrooms, green beans and red peppers tested with gluten according to Nima. Unfortunately I didn’t have another tester with me to check it again and thought maybe the gluten was in the sauce which was served on the side so I avoided the sauce and decided to give the meal a try. Had my typical GI and vertigo symptoms the next day, so it seems Nima was correct. Bummer.
No
I had the filet mignon. It was very good. The menu had gluten-free options marked. The servers seemed knowledgeable to allergens. The only issue was when they brought out my food they were actually holding two plates and the plate above mine had gluten containing items. I had no issues.

Great experience dining with a celiac. The Keg takes allergies seriously. Once we arrived at our table, we told the waitress about the allergy (celiac). She responded with the items he could order. The manager is notified and delivered the food. This is standard procedure there now. I was very impressed with the service and care. Of course the food was amazing!

The Keg is a go-to for reliable gluten free dining. The manager always comes to the table to review our order and let us know what precautions they are taking in the kitchen. 100% recommend
