I’m at a loss. They use a low gluten content barley mix in their quinoa. This place is not safe for those with celiac.

I love this place, but it is not 100% gluten free. The brussels sprouts with cheese are NOT gluten free. I got sick from eating them, and when I asked an employee they said that everything is gluten free except the cheese.

100% gluten free! So many options and good quality healthy food. My only complaint was that I asked the staff member to confirm it was all gf and he confused it with lactose/nut allergies. After I did see it advertised 100% gf on the menu so I was still confident enough to order

I got the low FODMAP Bowl-it was a amazing.
They are able to work with allergies (dairy for me) and all their items looked really good.
Sadly, this place is really quiet-so please show up and support them so they don’t close:)

Clean, brightly lite cafe. All items offered are gluten free. Food was tasty, and delivered quickly despite being somewhat busy. Parking good.

Everything’s gf here even tho the workers may not really know that 😅 I think there’s some discrepancy online as they weren’t before but the resto advertises that they are when you walk in! Had the keto bowl and it was delicious and filling

Second time eating here and absolutely love the flavors and variety. I am a very sensitive celiac and have always felt great after eating the food not just because it’s gf but because it’s so fresh and healthy. They offer low fodmap, paleo, and vegetarian options
