100% gluten free, tonnes of options, and low Fod map offering! Very filling and very big portions sizes, went at 11am and was full up until 4:30/5pm ish

I am very sensitive to cross contamination and this place was fantastic. I even ordered it after suffering an entire day of some symptoms from accidentally being glutened the night before. Even on July 4th in the city, the food was delicious and also has tons of options!

Went for a quick snack but couldn’t resist getting a full bowl. Has the brussel sprouts, cold noodle, avocado and chicken, with the chimichuri sauce. All excellent and staff were very friendly. Good value too.

Staff was very unfriendly and pretty unhelpful but their menu is apparently all gluten free. Didn’t get sick!

This 100% GF restaurant has delicious and healthy food. I've eaten at many bowl type restaurants, and this one is a notch above the others in variety, cleanliness, and taste. Highly recommend!!

Another staple for gf food. They used to be 100% gf but now have some gluten products. They are still very safe and allergy friendly. Overall great quality but a little pricey. A great lunch or dinner spot.

Recently found out this fast casual chain (including Little Beet Table) is now serving items with gluten so it’s NOT a dedicated gluten free establishment. Such a bummer!

Good place to get a quick meal before a show. It’s a quick prep place but the food was tasty. I loved my butternut squash soup. I also had a rice bowl with seasonal ingredients that I thoroughly enjoyed. It was disappointing to see only one other table occupied while we were there. I count on places like this when traveling.

It's great there are quick options for GF food all over the city. We had breakfast at the 50th St location. Positives: Excellent quality, similar to the Little Beet Table restaurant. We had the bacon, egg & cheese breakfast sandwich and one of the parfaits. Negatives: portion sizes are small, and there are almost no drink options, just a few random seltzers and cold brew coffees. I was surprised at the lack of beverages given the extensive fresh juice offering at the Little Beet Table. Still, the fact that this completely GF restaurant even exists is amazing. I have been to NYC and LA within the past year, and they both had significantly more dedicated GF options than what I am used to at home (greater Boston). Hopefully we can gain some momentum throughout the rest of the country.

Putting the restaurant (Table) aside this is their best cafe in NYC. Staff is awesome and they have delicious options for GF Vegans. Highly recommend.

So happy little beet came to the neighborhood. The new menu items are SO good. And all gluten free so nothing to worry about. The baked good are also super tasty.

I love this place, but it is not 100% gluten free. The brussels sprouts with cheese are NOT gluten free. I got sick from eating them, and when I asked an employee they said that everything is gluten free except the cheese.
