Amazing experience. They have signs saying everything in gluten free so no need to ask what you can and can’t have. Some of the best food I have had (to-go style). I got a make your own bowl with quinoa, sweet potatoes, green beans, chicken and the chipotle aioli. Everything was so well seasoned and my boyfriend agreed it was amazing. Wish I wasn’t just visiting the city or else I would get my lunch there every day. They are also great with accommodating certain diets/ lifestyles as they made bowl specific for the low-FOD map diet and Whole30.

Food was great and I felt comfortable eating there. Both my mom and I loved our food, and while we are gluten intolerant and not celiac, we still had no issues. For someone looking for healthier food that makes you feel good, this is a great spot!

I stopped in here for takeout for dinner on our last night in the city. The staff was very welcoming and informative. I ordered the rice with green beans, rainbow carrots, and chicken. I chose not to have sauce or toppings. The flavor of everything was terrific. I would call it comfort food!

Went here expecting to have safe service being that it was dedicated gf but this is false. I had a sever reaction and got very sick. I believe it was the seasoning on their meats that may have contained gluten.

Wow, just wow. I’ve never experienced such sheer pleasure at a restaurant in a very long time.

I’m a massive foodie, so one of my greatest sources of sorrow is the fact that I can no longer eat with abandon at regular restaurants. However, The Little Beet Table, which is Michelin-rated, is one of the few places where I can eat freely and in absence of such a fear WHILE reveling in the deliciousness of it all. Go if you can (and get the cavatelli!)—you won’t regret it.

100% gluten-free facility takes all of the worry about ordering! I went for dinner one night while in the city and breakfast the next morning. They also have gluten-free baked goods from a local dedicated gf bakery which was a nice surprise!

This establishment is 100% gluten free so as someone with celiac, it is a breath of fresh air. It is similar to pret-a-manager in that they have a lot of healthy options such as kale, quinoa and rice, and protein options like salmon, chicken and avocado. The coconut butternut squash soup is amazing and you can even make your own protein bowl. They have fresh water in a tap with cups like they do in coffee shops which is a nice addition. The staff is very friendly and this little place has a nice atmosphere with overflow upstairs seating. Highly recommend

The BEST Sweet Potato I have EVER had. DEDICATED GLUTEN FREE!!

Went with a vegetarian friend and we both ate easily - I had the chicken she had lots of veg options.

Fantastic experience and very knowledgeable staff about ingredients and cooking processes. I am also soy and dairy free and they knew what I could and couldn’t eat.

Washrooms were accessible and clean. Great experience overall. The only reason I am not giving a 5 star safety is there COULD be cross contamination with other food allergies as it does have/use soy and dairy in some products. 5/5 on gluten safety.
