Okay so the fryer here is dedicated gluten free now as of Dec 2022. They got rid of the donuts they were frying in there 3 months ago and have since changed the oil. I have gotten sick 1/2 the times I’ve eaten here. One time I won’t get sick then the next I will. Not worth it to me.

Went for breakfast. Very few gf options. Probably better for lunch or dinner.

(Lafayette location) When I asked for a gluten free menu I was told, “oh almost all of our menu is gluten free”. So while that sounded exciting, I had to do some digging. I asked a lot of questions about cross contamination and I was told that 95% of their menu was gluten free and that the fryer only fried gf food, but it wasn’t officially a dedicated gf fryer. Anyways, I decided to go with the spicy chicken tenders and the quinoa and kale salad and both were great! However, I had a mildly upset stomach. Not sure if it was from cross contamination, could be anything. I would be very very cautious if you are celiac at this restaurant. But, it was delicious and my (non-gf) family loved it!

No dedicated fryer due to gluten twice a week in these fryers. I’ve been here several times and unfortunately have gotten sick all but one time due to cross contamination. Usually the chicken is GF but not on weekends as they make DONUT HOLES in the fryer. Overpriced for sub-par food.

I have had mixed experiences with The Post. They supposedly have one dedicated gf fryer and I have eaten there a couple times with no issues. However, one time we went, when I ordered fries they offered garlic parmesan fries and I asked if those were still gf and safe from cross contact. The hostess didn’t know so she went to check and came back saying yes, they were. I was lucky that a manager was walking by when she said so though because he said while yes, the garlic parm fries were gf, none of their fryers were currently gf due to a special they’d had earlier that week. This seems like a huge oversight and something all the staff should have been aware of. It made me doubt what I’d thought was a place that had a good handle on cc. I didn’t get anything that day and I now ask every time I’m there about the fryers and any recent specials that might have changed their status.

I was so excited to eat at this restaurant after reading the reviews. However, I found today it's found today that that on the weekends on the weekends they put donut holes they put donut holes in the fryer so the chicken is not actually in a separate fryer. After find after finding out I could not have the fried chicken I decided and I decided to have the veggie hash skillet skillet which is labeled gluten free. My father had the chicken and waffles as he Can eat gluten. 2 hours after eating there you're eating there both me and my father had very upset stuff hand very upset stomachs. Such a disappointment.

Yes there is no gluten free menu, BUT don't let that stop you from eating here. The friend chicken and gravy were so good. Staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed fried chicken and a hard cider. I would definitely go back for more

Please note that only the actual deep fried chicken is gluten free. The stuff that goes in the regular fryer (French fries and chicken tenders) unfortunately go into a shared fryer.
That said, the fried chicken is AMAZING. If you like spicy, the hot sauce is bomb. Their ranch is also š

Tell them you have a gluten allergy and they will make sure it is gluten free. There’s many sides and fried chicken that you can eat. Been here 20 plus times and never had a reaction.
It was on Dinner, drive inn and dives. This is amazing gluten free food.

AMAZING FOOD!!! Their fried chicken is gf(make sure to specify that you have allergy/celiac)
Fried chicken is amazing, and the staff is very knowledgeable!

Lived the GF chicken. Wish there was an actual GF whole plate dish option for cost efficency I had to do a half bird and a salad to pair which basically was like eating 2entrays. So that's why I posted 4 stars. If they had some sweet potatoes to pair as a side option it would've gotten 5 stars from me bc the taste was so on par.

I wasn't overly impressed with this restaurant. They do have GF breaded chicken.
The staff is always amazing, as is the food! The menu doesn’t list all the GF option but they are plentiful. The also carry Holidaily GF beer. We will be back soon!!

The food was great however the pricing here is very expensive.
Really amazing fried chicken and its a dedicated fryer :)

Fried chicken was amazing!! Haven't been able to eat it in over 3yrs since my Celiac diagnosis, have to say this was worth the wait. My husband (non GF) loved it as well. Great sides, & gluten free beer options.
Yes
GF fried chicken and gravy. Many other GF sides and about 5 GF beers. A very special treat.

Such a great place for gf fried chicken! I always walk out satisfied and super fullš
I eat here frequently and have celiac disease. The fried chicken is gluten free and amazing. The staff can let you know what else is GF, but they are trained well. They also have Holidaily beer that is gluten free and amazing.

I was very excited to find this place especially when I read on the menu that our highly skilled chefs will attempt to make every possible modification to our menu to accommodate you! I have celiac and so do my 5 & 6 year old children, as you can imagine it's very hard to find someplace to go out to eat.
Our server was very knowledgeable and the fried chicken was fantastic. I would have given this place 5 stars but the french fries and chicken tenders could not be made to accommodate my children as the dedicated fryer is only for the fried chicken.
I'll be back but it'll probably just be my wife and I.
Yes
Tasty food. Fried chicken and meatloaf were good. The sides were well prepared
As a celiac... I LOVE THE POST!
All of their meat and gravy is gluten free. They almost always have a desert that is GF, if you see the turtle gf brownie, do yourself a solid and get one for later ;)
With a few exceptions, all the sides and seasonal sides are either GF or can be with a little modifications. I love their french fries. Their Sunday brunch is amazing! Huge fan of the veggie hash with a side of bacon. Even their bloody mary is gf (request no beer). Try a Favorite Blonde Beer (awesome and 100% gf not gluten removed).

Gluten free fried chicken is not something you can find in Denver. This place does it right with a dedicated fryer and gf gravy. Thankfully they have a full bar also!
Josie (my name sake), was helpful in the choice of Fried chicken mashed potatoes and brown gravy all of which was GF. I even got a to go order of Fried chicken to take home. Very pricey. They are proud if their chicken. Sad us GF people have to pay a higher price to not get sick. š Thanks
Yes
The fried chicken is great. Restaurant is usually loud and busy when we've been by, so we mostly do takeout. Unfortunately they're running about 50/50 on giving us the gf sides we ask for vs. putting regular biscuits and/or salads with croutons in the bag. If the mistake isn't discovered until we get home it's a problem.
We have tried this place Three times. The staff is ok. The games outside are great, the chicken is GREAT, the Crispin's are great! The insane amount of black flies...not so great! We will wait until winter to try again, hoping the flies disappear! Would have been 4 stars but we prefer to dine without napkins covering our food while we eat.
This HAD become one of my favorite places being that they have the most amazing GF FRIED chicken BUT we drove there today looking forward to a delish meal only to be handed a tiny piece of paper with 4 options (not GF) for Sunday Funday (aka the switch from brunch to dinner. This started at 2:15 and we were seated at 2:18. When I quest it it was shrugged off by the waitress and the hostess (even after explaining we drove a half hour). Okay so I get the process but a "I'm so sorry, glad you love the place, when you come back have a drink on us)... NOPE NOTHING! I have bragged this place up to so many GF and non GF FRIENDS. If your GF you know exactly how I feel right now. So this place just dropped from a 5 star to a no star from me based on how it was handled. Very sad to have no chicken in my belly!!!! PS before you seat your guests maybe give them a heads up!
Chicken cooked in separate pressure cooker fryer. Food was on table in no time. My 8 yr old celiac daughter loved the fried chicken even though it was slightly spicy due to a little black pepper. The side choices for vegetables looked great. Wished we could get gf fries. Not sure if waiter said they were safe or not.

This is the most incredible fried chicken I've ever had!
