All crepes can be GF. Great flavor options. Friendly staff. When my food got delivered to the table their were sticks to indicate it was GF

They clean the griddle before cooking and will happily change gloves. I've eaten at this Skinny Pancake as well as several other locations and have never had an issue! The only GF crepe is buckwheat but there are so many great filling choices!
Pro tip: order two crepes here and eat the second during you layover. Gluten free meals are impossible to find in other airports!

The person taking my order insisted that there would be no cross contamination, but I watched them make my gf buckwheat crepe. They barely sanitized the surface, touched other crepes while making mine, and used their hands to put on add-ins like strawberries from a shared bucket. Very unsafe for Celiacs. In addition, the crepe itself had barely any chocolate and strawberries, so it was also not good from a taste/value standpoint. Definitely skip this if you have Celiac Disease.

I went to the Montpelier skinny pancake and I do not suggest getting the gluten-free pancakes because they're mostly made of buckwheat and they have no flavor. I ordered a savory pancake with roast beef and horseradish sauce and it had absolutely no flavor. My husband had the scrambled eggs and bacon and our bill came to nearly $50 it's a rip off!!!! We never paid $50 for breakfast even in New York City for eggs Benedict's brunch with mimosas and bloody Marys!
Great for gluten sensitive, so many options! And all I tried were delicious. My gluten loving hubby even loved it!
Have no way to make crepes separately

Good gluten-free crepes! Surprised/disappointed the hashbrowns were not gluten free though. Nice to have airport options.
This review is for skinny pancake inside the Burlington airport. They have a gluten-free crepe batter. I asked the counter staff if it might be celiac-safe, and was told they can sanitize the equipment and surfaces before making a gluten-free crepe. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Crepe was good and I didn't get sick at all!
Amazing gf buckwheat crepes in both sweet and savory options. Amazing gf breakfast sandwiches too! Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and so helpful.

We ordered 3 GF buckwheat crepes. Cook was GF and server was very familiar with celiac issues! Delicious and fun restaurant.

Crepes were delicious, staff added gluten allergy line item to each crepe we ordered and each came out with a GF pick, but I got glutened anyway. 😣 They were very apologetic and escalated to the manager who offered to compensate us, which was very generous.
