I was so excited to try this place out about 6 months ago, with my daughter. Could barely find anything to order to eat! And super pricey for very small portions, along with no guarantees of true gluten free or dairy free meals, made this a one-time shot. Had a teeny tiny bowl of cauliflower soup. I thought it was pretty tasty (I was also starving!), but daughter hated it. Cold atmosphere, unpleasant staff. Felt more like a cafeteria with unhappy employees. No one cared about the patrons trying to order food they thought they could order and avoid their allergies. I think the idea of GF was to get customers, but no understanding nor caring regarding cross contamination. Huge disappointment.

Inconsistent food and service. Ingredients missing from salads, disinterested staff. Never again.

I got up to order and noticed that menu said that all ingredients are not used in a dedicated area so you are at your own risk.....I asked the cashier person if a salad would be a safer option versus a grilled dish...she could not guarantee that my salad would be entirely gluten free with no cross-contamination...I walked away sad and frustrated....having a g-f menu doesn't guarantee they will do best kitchen practices. I opted to go father away to Asian Box where I know I will get a safe meal.

The menu has certain items listed as gluten free, and, if you beg long enough, they will give you a list of gluten free items. Unfortunately, there are inconsistencies between the two menus, and the staff is completely uninformed about Celiac issues. Eat here at your own risk. I'll know in an hour if I made a safe choice with a burger on a gluten free bun.

They claim to be gluten free. But, I got the Beyond Burger with a gluten free bun. The top one was gluten free and the bottom was not. I didn’t realize it until after I took a big bite out of it. When I told the girl she said “oh yea. Yours must have gotten mixed up with another burger”. Ya think?! She didn’t even apologize. This little mixup also let me know they are preparing everything in the same area. So, even if the bun was correct, cross contamination is a big possibility.

I’ve been here twice and it’s been a home run both times! They had symbols indicating what options were gluten free and which ones weren’t on their menu. They also were very accommodating about separating the food. I had the beyond tacos with the crispy shell (gluten free) and the beyond burger on a gluten free bun. Both times it was delicious and I had no reaction (I’m very sensitive so this is a rare occurrence) Definitely would recommend!!

First I will say that their menu looks incredible and the customer service is what really puts this over the top!

As s celiac sufferer, eating out is a huge challenge for me. While the menu has several gluten friendly options, the preparation stations and methods are likely questionable for someone with celiac‘s.

The Manager on duty Laura S. and Jade were both incredibly helpful in determining this fact and even Laura S. Said, “Your health is WAYYY more important than our sales for the evening!”

Just Epic!

So While an individual with Celiac’s would be best to eat elsewhere, I recommend this establishment for all others! Especially if Laura and Jade are working! They were so devoted to analyzing my concerns and really provided a level of service that seems to be lost elsewhere!
