Had a great experience here! The waitress knew exactly what celiac disease was and explained that the only items on the menu that contained gluten were prepped separately from the rest of the menu. They were also great about accommodating my dairy allergy.
On top of that, the food was excellent! We had the tri tip appetizer and the bbq specials. Everything was very flavorful and fresh.

A weekly go to. Great for dine in or take out. They have a GF marked menu but the real win, the the GF fried kitchen! The plate with fried chicken, mashed potatoes, and veggies is so good. Along with GF gravy!! Most sides if not all from what I remember are GF. I can’t help but get the polenta fries every time because I can’t find them anywhere else. Definitely a must if you are in the area!

This place is just fantastic. We ate outside under a permanent wood and metal structure. This outdoor patio features a music venue on weekends and misters that they turn on if it's really hot. The food is great too. Sophia, our server, was very knowledgeable about gluten and was able to direct me to the best meal options. Nearly everything can be made gluten free, and they have separate prep areas and fryers. A member of the owner's family is celiac and they pride themselves on making gluten free fried chicken that is better than KFC. I had the fried chicken as a side, a bowl of fresh from the garden tomato basil soup, and the star of the show: polenta fries. Never have I experienced such deep fried joy as these sticks of corn meal and spices. There is a full bar menu and a large variety of beers and wines available, if you're into that sort of thing.

Waitress was understanding of gluten needs, however my wife who is celiac was sick hours later with symptoms of having eaten gluten. Concern for cross contamination with the fryer. Items are labeled as gluten free on the menu (tacos, chips, fried chicken).

I had fried chicken for the first time in two years. It was amazing. Staff and managers are so versed in celiac life that they sometimes forget and don’t communicate what they know, but the kitchen is basically separate and almost everything on the menu is gluten free. Fantastic meal! I am hyper sensitive celiac and allergic to soy and everything was perfect.

Wow! Just wow! Phenomenal service and food! This is the first experience I’ve had as a Celiac that made me want to cry tears of joy. Our server was incredibly knowledgeable about how each dish was prepared and extremely conscientious about cross contamination. They use rice flour instead of wheat flour for almost everything and have dedicated space and a fryer. Absolutely amazing place! When I complimented the manager, he simply agreed that they had to take special care of every customer. This establishment is easily a new favorite for me!

Ate at Tips tonight for the first time and was very impressed. Lively, fun atmosphere; tasty food; warm, efficient service; and extensive GF menu, including fried chicken and tri-tip bites.
