I called ahead of time and was told they could follow an allergy protocol when preparing my Celiac son’s dinner. The server was extremely accommodating and aiming to please. Although there were not many options, my son thoroughly enjoyed a simple piece of chicken ( cooked in a fresh pan) with a side of tropical fruits. The server also brought tortilla chips out for him that she explained are prepared in the fryer each morning before foods with gluten are introduced. I was skeptical about the chips, but he really wanted to try them. He never complained of feeling glutened, which would typically happen with cross- contamination.

— Excellent

The food was good but it was a very limited menu with no dedicated gluten free area. Menu said gluten sensitive not gluten free. Very disappointed.

Celiac friendly?

No

They have many items on their gf menu that they out in the fryer. The same fryer used for everything else. So everything on the gf menu is not gf. Beware. Had blackened fish tacos in lettuce. They were very good but there were some fried bananas in a sauce on the plate (not in food description and still put there after I told the waitress I could not eat something cooked in the deep fryer.

Celiac friendly?

No

Very expensive but absolutely delicious. The site is very attractive with inside or outside seating. They offer wonderful soups and desserts from time to time. I love their tomato soup. I also had some pineapple upside down cake on another visit. I suggest lunch unless you are wealthy. Service is good.

They have a decent amount of gluten free options with the salads being the most affordable. I got the chicken and mango salad and honestly it is the best salad I’ve ever had and I’m not a salad person. I also got a side of the Yukon mash potatoes and it was delicious. The waitress seemed to take my allergy very seriously and so far I have not had a reaction, will update if I do but as of right now I feel safe here and would come back!

One of our favorite meals! Food is delicious & perfectly made! Staff is friendly & can easily accommodate. I can not have dairy or gluten & had no problems! 10 stars!! Wish we found this place sooner!!

After asking the hostess about gluten-free options, she said they have a shared fryer. Taking something that is gluten-free and contaminating it with gluten is unacceptable. As someone with Celiacs disease, a shared fryer is not an option. We left.
