We only come here for milkshakes/dessert at the end of the day so I can’t attest to the variety of food inside.
As far as milkshakes go I ordered the Vietnamese Bursting Coffee Shake. Once it was confirmed that it was GF the person preparing came to the check out to ask if it was an allergy, if I was celiac, and immediately said she would change her gloves before she made it.
A lot of the other milkshakes do have cakes, crusts, and crackers either added in or as a topping. Because they make them at the time of ordering ~I think~ it would be easy to ask that they exclude these items.
The staff is knowledgeable in what they’re doing and very friendly.

I’ve eaten here several times. I always get the tuna sandwich, they can make this gluten free. There is also a dedicated fryer too. I’ve also had the crème brûlée and the hazelnut milkshake (they can make this gluten free!). I personally really enjoy

Very disappointed
Went to cafe/ take out section. Only 1 GF milkshake available and not one 1 GF dessert - not 1. It's meant to be an Emporium
The is one chocolate torte GF dessert but you have to sit in restaurant and wait for table service
Staff looked embarrassed and said they get a lot of complaints re lack of anything for GF
I am aware GF meals are available inside the restaurant....this review is for the cake/ dessert section

Waitress was careful to ask about consumption versus cross contamination. They have a separate fryer. Food was identified as allergy safe when brought to the table. Everything was delicious.

GF entree options are limited (mostly salads and such) but staff is as accommodating as possible. Dedicated fryer for truffle fries! I really wanted a shake and my waiter spoke directly to the kitchen staff to identify what I could order - the chocolate x5 shake is safe and delicious!

Got glutened by the shakes. I went in when they weren’t busy one day and had a good experience; the woman making the shakes had a dairy allergy and was super on top of the process. However, they were not very well versed on the ingredients in the shakes. I was ordering a dairy free shake. I went in two days later and they were busy, but I’d been having good experiences at Universal so I went ahead and ordered anyway. They almost put a piece of gluten cake on the shake but managed to reread the order before doing so. I don’t think they used a fresh blender or gloves. I’ve been having tons of GI trouble since that second ordering.

I heard good things so I went to check it out and it was the best pasta I’ve had gf. 10/10 it was such a magical experience and I am going back later tonight! So many options and so helpful! Please it’s a must!!!

Our server was very knowledgeable and friendly. I wish I had caught his name because he was a nice young man. He explained everything we could have. We had the tochos and chicken mushroom risotto. Everything was delicious and I had no reactions. We did not get dessert because we thought it was too big of a chance to take.

Very risky to get a milkshake in the to-go area for a celiac. I watched them prepare things and they move very quickly so not much care put into allergies. When I got the 5x milkshake I said “it looks like there was cross contamination” and they said there wasn’t. Then it turns out they added brownies accidentally to the 5x. Luckily I tried it first before my daughter who is highly sensitive. When I went back up they didn’t apologize. I’m guessing the restaurant is better, but do not recommend the to-go milkshake area.

I have to say, the wait was long, but the assurance of nice we were waited on was worth the wait. The first thing Aly asked us is if there were any allergies. We told her Celiac, and she was right on it, telling me immediately what I could and could not have and that the manager would come out…which he did! Food was delicious and I will feel comfortable eating here again.

We just went through the ice cream line as they weren’t taking reservations when we got there-so doing that a few days before you want to go would be a good idea. Anyway looking at the ice cream menu it looked like there were zero options, but when I mentioned that I had a gluten allergy the cashier was SUPER helpful and recommended the chocolate x5 shake. It was delicious and safe!

we have been here a few times and the last time we went the server was very kind and explained what I could have/could not have to eat. the chef brought me the meal and told me he couldn’t give me the 1,000 island dressing on the Ruben because he wasn’t sure it was gluten free and that he looked on the packaging and could not tell. overall great food and i did not get sick! i would be careful with the desserts though! :)

Decent food and everything GF on the regular menu is marked. They do have more options if you ask the server, for example they have gluten-free buns which are not listed on the burger menu. Dessert was a little more difficult, if you want one of their signature shakes you really have to look. I was advised by the server that the chocolate and vanilla ice creams are NOT GF, which was surprising. I had the key lime pie shake without one of the garnishes and it was ridiculously sweet. Would probably go with the flourless chocolate cake next time.
I was encouraged that my gluten free items were brought out separately by a server wearing gloves. It seems they do take all the precautions. They were even checking to make sure the alcoholic beverage I ordered was GF.

I loved Toothsome’s! I had tater tots which I haven’t had in 3 years, and with no problems! I also got the veggie pasta and they were very good with my allergy, they were very knowledgeable. I am also dairy free and I haven’t had a milkshake in 5 years and oh my, I wasn’t disappointed! Food was delicious, people were friendly, and theming was awesome!

We went through the line for shakes after hearing the Chocolate x 5 and peanut butter shake were gluten free options here. On ordering we were informed they no longer have the peanut butter shake but do offer the chocolate x 5 shake as gluten free and can modify a couple others like the coffee, espresso one and Nutella shake I believe. These are not celiac safe and two of us had difficulty for about a day and a half afterwards which was disappointing. On thinking about it later, I don’t think they pulled the ice cream from new containers in the back with clean scoopers and I am fairly certain they use the same shake blender for all of them so we had trouble. If you are gluten free and not celiac, this may be fine.

Okay, so if you're Sensitive to Gluten you have 2 options for the Non-Resturant deliverables.
You can't have any of the macaroons or truffles because they cross contaminate Everything.
The Chocolate x5 shake and the Dairy Free shake are the only gluten free ones

I had the fettuccine alfredo with chicken... The chicken wasn't much to write home about but the pasta itself and the alfredo sauce was good. The server seemed fairly knowledgeable and very accommodating. However later that afternoon I did get sick... I cannot confirm that the illness was from my meal... But considering I had only eaten an apple and a gluten free breakfast bar earlier in the day, it seems likely...

This place was expensive...way over priced! I ordered the mushroom risotto. I was not cross contaminated. The waitress was very knowledgeable and made sure my order was placed correctly. The manager brought my food out. I would go here again. The person at the candy shop counter was very knowledgeable about the chocolates and macaroons. The macaroons were really good

I just want to warn anyone who is planning on stopping at the candy smith after dinner that despite their allergen sign excluding gluten from the list, none of the chocolates (as told to me) are gluten free.

The waitress, Val, was very helpful and if she didn’t know if something contained gluten or dairy, she asked the cook staff and would follow-up. I felt that they were very accommodating. She stated that there was a dedicated fryer.
The brussels sprouts appetizer is marked GF on the menu but it is also DF. It was one of the best Brussels sprouts meals I have ever had. So deliciously creamy (DF Mayo) and flavorful. I highly recommend.
The atmosphere is steam punk, which is different and fun.

So it has been over a year since I have been here, so a lot could have changed. However my waitress was incredibly rude and had 0 knowledge about gf. She said the salads are gluten free. That is it. Which is fine but disappointing. I would never go there again. Unless they have made major changes.

Great job with customer service!!!My daughter has allergies and the chef came directly to the table to answer questions. The allergen friendly shake was delicious!!!
The store inside the restaurant has excellent service too!!We misplaced our purchase. The manager went out of his way to research what was ordered. The store worked together with the hotel to replace the items.
Looking forward to going back.

The menu lists an appetizer as GF. The server informed us that the sandwiches, burgers, pasta, and several entrees could be made gluten free. The chocolate based shakes were also safe. My wife was able to order the Chocolate X5 shake and Chicken Bercy. The cook brought out her dish separate from the other orders. The food was delicious. Highly recommended!

The chef and the manager both came to my table to talk to me, the chef prepared my food himself, and the only people that were permitted to touch my plate were the chef and the manager.
I had the chicken and mushroom risotto. It was prepared with a white truffle oil, it was creamy, rich, and savory. I was full and wanted to keep eating. At least I’ll get to enjoy the flavors again tomorrow!
The theming of the restaurant is a lot of fun, there aren’t as many options for desserts to be gluten free, but they do have at least one gluten free giant milkshake. They also have a huge chocolate shop attached to the restaurant.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. After speaking with the hostess, waiter, and 2 different managers. We still were glutened. One of the managers did it to. It was the first day of our 5 day vacay. Ruined the 2 days after for me. If you don't want to be sick, avoid this place!

They have a dedicated fryer and prep space in the kitchen along with a lot of choices for GF dining. The staff is super knowledgeable and they will even adjust menu items to order. I’m very happy with my experience here! Shout out to our server Lauren from PA for being super awesome and going through the entire menu with me! <3

The waiter Jamie completely understands celiac disease and is aware of what can and cannot be made gluten free. While not on the menu, there are many GF options and numerous items that can easily be made GF with buns and pasta that are available.

Staff were great. Could accommodate almost anything off the menu for my Celiac son (14). He loved the chocolate milkshake too.

My waiter Jamie was incredible. He knew all about celiac disease and cross contamination. He even followed up with me after he put in my order to tell me how they were going to prepare it. I got the Reuben on a gf bun.

They were super knowledgeable and accommodating. They have a gluten free pasta and bun option. I ordered the marinara pasta off of the kids menu as I have a small appetite. The chef brought it up seterately and had gloves on. I was also able to have a hazelnut milkshake. However they did tell me that the vanilla and white chocolate ice cream is not gluten free because it has malt in it. Let the waiter know and they will be super acomidating!

JUST ASK!! They don’t have many things marked gluten free on the menu BUT most things can be made gluten free. They have gluten free buns for burgers and sandwiches. They have gluten free pasta too!

Went to the walk up bar for milkshakes and no one there had a club about gluten free. They could not even answer questions. Would not recomend for celiac.

Amazing options and food! An absolute must!
We had milkshakes and I had a chocolate one and I felt fine after. But there was a lot of milkshakes that had brownies and cake, so there could definitely be cross contamination and I would be careful.
The food was fine, but the menu was weird. They had gluten free and vegan food marked, but only one dish was marked gluten free. When we asked about it we were told there were many gluten free dishes, the chef just had to alter the meals. I ordered a burger with a gf bun that was supposed to come with a pineapple chutney, but when the burger came it didn’t have the pineapple chutney because apparently it wasn’t gluten free, but no one told me it wasn’t gluten free. A cool burger ended up being a really plain burger...
Staff was knowledgeable at the walk up shake bar. They made my son a gf/df chocolate shake. He loved it. He does not have celiac. I do have celiac and they advised me not to get anything there because of cross contamination.
