Came to Topgolf while on spring break. Didn’t think I was going to be able to eat due to having celiac. The waitress was very knowledgeable and assured me she would work with the kitchen staff to ensure my food was prepared safely. A manager and the chef came out to talk with me about my order. The chef prepared my food himself in a separate area of the kitchen. The food was excellent and I felt very comfortable eating there!
Went for team building for work. I was super excited when my boss forwarded me the email that they were acomodating me. Upon arrival they asked who was gluten free and not to eat anything from the buffet w/o speaking with chef. I was very impressed but it took forever and when he came to see me he negated everything that the topgolf team had emailed us. I'm giving 3 stars because I was able to have some rice with fajita toppings but they made my drink 3 different times and sent the bartender and 2 waitresses over and all told me different answers as to whether the drink was safe. If you must, I'd say eat here very cautiously.
We came here during our long weekend getaway to Nashville this past weekend. I have celiac and did not expect to be able to eat anything here, but figured I would ask our server and see. To my surprise, she had the chef come right out to talk to me. Chef Ashley was incredibly understanding and professional about the severity of my intolerance and told me exactly what I could eat. She even did a separate pot of oil so I could have French fries. It was a wonderful experience and I did not get sick! Every staff member we came into contact with was wonderful!
Waiter said fries were GF, then came out later to apologize and say they shared a fryer and would take them off my order. My food came out a minute later with fries on the plate. Seemed to be a miscommunication. Think I got CC’d by my gf sandwich anyways and was sick afterwards. They tried, but weren’t celiac safe at least for me. Probably ok for a lighter non-celiac gluten intolerance.
The waitress could answer my questions and assured me the kitchen takes allergies seriously. Chef would change gloves and use a clean surface, and there is no cross contamination for the tacos. Flatbread was out of stock so I didn’t ask about it. The other options are the Cobb salad and a burger. I ordered the chicken tacos and they weren’t bad at all. Minus one heart because waitress said the manager would talk to me but they never did, and allergy was not announced by the server who brought over the tacos. Overall decent experience that I would do again- the golfing was fun!
