Good taco joint! Menu is marked and online ordering system let’s you select “gluten allergy.” Not as delicious as local Tex Mex joints but feels safer to eat GF. (Side note: beans cannot be made dairy free)

While the food is good it is not celiac safe at all. I opted in for a corn tortilla and flagged it for gluten allergy. I believe the tacos were wrapped in a flour tortilla. Don’t do it if you have celiac disease!

I had a green chili pork taco and a democrat taco. Both were tasty. The green chili pork is my favorite now! The staff was knowledgeable about the menu. (I have celiac.) Definitely 5 stars!

Owner and staff not at all knowledgeable about gluten free. Gave us a “list of ingredients”. Made it known they were irritated we asked questions. Kid did like the corn tortilla cheese quesadilla - hoping she doesn’t get sick. Other than the smallest quesadilla I’ve ever seen, not sure there would have been anything else she could have had. She left hungry.

They have a separate Gluten-friendly menu with tasty options. My go to is the Airstream Salad, or Green Chile Pork tacos on corn.
