The food here was delicious and while our waiter didn’t know what celiac was, he got the manager to make sure I was taken care of. However, I got pretty sick. My symptoms haven’t been severe, but definitely enough to make my life difficult. Very sad because I went here because of how seemingly safe they were.
The wait staff, kitchen, and management are all very attentive about food allergies. I have eaten here 3 times, and tried something different each time. The food is not really special. The seasonal dish was the best. I had two different salads and they were overdressed. Though I did not get sick, I was disappointed with the offerings.
So. Our appetizer was great. Chicken tenders. Our dinner COULD have been great but it was lukewarm and the salad dressing was quite bland. We ordered a side of mashed potatoes and the serving was maybe 1/4 cup and they were cold and grainy.

My saving grace in Texas. If only I could get my company to eat here for every meal. Tons noted GF but still make sure you state you need it in case of customization. The only safe place for me every year since 2022. Luckily it's yummy and healthy too.
Would not eat here if sensitive celiac. I ordered the poke bowl (which states GF on menu).. spoke to waiter in depth about CC and even substituted the rice for bed of lettuce and STILL got glutened. The chef specifically brought out my meal.. it’s sad to not be able to trust anyone or any restaurant 😫
I had gluten free margarita pizza. Sauce was bland. Hardly any fresh basil. I’ve had so much better. Disappointed and expected better from the high ratings.

Hands-down my new favorite restaurant!! I have been recently diagnosed with Celiac Disease and this was my first date night out with my husband since my diagnosis. I was very anxious about cross contamination. Our server James was very knowledgeable about my food options and notifying The Chef manager (Jeremy)about my Celiac and concerns, he came out and personally told me their cleaning process and exclusive pans/cookware for customers with celiac! I was amazed by the care and free GF dessert he brought to our table! The food was outstanding!!!!
Visiting Dallas and grab dinner here. Better than the one in KCMO this place offers so many options. I had the butternut squash soup and gf pizza.
I brought my daughter (14 yo) and her friends here for her birthday lunch. Her friends had pizzas and she had the spaghetti squash casserole and I had the Mediterranean Salad. We both have celiac; what a great experience! Love that the staff was so knowledgeable and accommodating for us. Everyone loved the refreshers and smoothies too.
SO AMAZING! They have plenty of gf options... including desserts and the staff is so knowledgeable. I was even able to eat there on my whole30!! I have celiac and am highly sensitive; have eaten there 3 times now without the slightest problem and the staff is so kind and understanding.. not awkward at all. such a great experience.

Such a cool place in Legacy West! Several gf items on the menu...salads, burgers, and entrees. We had the fish tacos and lasagna. Delicious!

Menu is clearly labeled. When I told my server I had a gluten allergy she said she would alert the kitchen so they would take precautions. I ordered the Korean noodles with shrimp with no issues. Highly recommend!!
Got the Korean noodle bowl with an add on of antibiotic-free chicken. Great taste and didn’t get sick at all! The wait staff was super helpful and knowledgeable about allergens, and the manager/chef came out to deliver the dishes with allergies. The menu had tons of options too.
I have eaten at the Las Vegas location and was excited to be back in the Denver location! Many options marked on the menu GF. Staff is very knowledgeable about celiac and taking precautions. I got the turkey burger and sweet hash. So good and did not get sick!
I had a good experience at this restaurant. The manager brought out my food and told me that he was sure that there wasn’t any cross-contamination without me asking.
This used to be the best place in town for celiac. They were incredibly accommodating, had delicious pizza crust from Venice Bakery, they had fantastic gluten-free pita wraps and terrific GF hamburger buns.
That's all gone now. The new hamburger buns are atrocious, they got rid of the gluten-free pita wraps and they no longer work with Venice Bakery.
Ever since PF Chang's acquired the company, the emphasis on healthy eating has faded. And now the best GF options are gone.
I used to eat here once a week, at minimum. I won't be going back anytime soon.
