I ordered the teriyaki quinoa bowl (marked “GF” on the menu) and got very sick after. I informed the waiter about my celiac disease before ordering, and they brought out my order separately from the others at my table. Not sure what happened.
It was delicious and I would recommend it. The waiter was knowledgeable about celiac disease and knew about every ingredient.
We ate at True Food in Bethesda for the first time this week. Great experience. Many GF options all labeled, and they can convert many other items to GF if asked. Our server was very aware of celiac and how to keep my son safe. Food was very tasty and much healthier options than most restaurants. Service and atmosphere was great. We will go back again for sure!

The food is delicious and they have a lot of GF options, all clearly marked on the menu. I’ve eaten here many times before with no problems. This is the first time I’ve ordered something that wasn’t already 100% GF, a sandwich with a “gluten friendly” bun. They accidentally brought my sandwich on a wheat bun. Fortunately I asked to confirm before touching it. They made me a new sandwich (my husband could see the kitchen from his seat) and comped our dessert, but that could have been a disaster.
I’m symptomatic gluten intolerant. I cannot tolerate any cross contamination. I’ve eaten here many times. The food is delicious, the service is great, and they accommodate many food allergies and diets. I’ve never had any issues eating here. It’s my go-to spot.
I’ve gone here 3 times, never gotten symptoms and even tried the gf pizza. The food and drinks are good overall, but the pizza was cold and not cooked to be crispy. Not worth trying
Have eaten and had delivery multiple times. Never had an issue and food is delicious.

Have been there several time with multiple allergies (gluten, dairy, and soy) and have been able to enjoy a good meal every time! Website has full allergen breakdown for all dishes. Options on brunch and regular lunch/dinner menu.
Our server made sure to speak with the chef to stress the dishes needed to be gluten free, Even though they were listed as such. The food was delicious!
We have eaten here many times and love the healthy food. They seek to accommodate for allergies. I do recommend speaking to manager for significant allergies for added degree of comfort.
ASK BEFORE ORDER!!!! I stressed the celiac diagnosis upon ordering and the waitress was confident. Overconfident as it turns out. They ARE conscientious about preparation, however, when I ordered the clearly marked GF teriaki chicken bowl for my son with celiacs, someone from the kitchen came out and said “actually the teriyaki sauce isn’t gluten free.” Gluten free...sort of?!? They showed me the Korean Noodle bowl that “actually Is gluten free”. Traveling. Fingers crossed.
AMAZING almost all of their items can be modified to be gf. They also have gf pita bread and hummus which is the absolute best, and a vegan gf ice cream which is AMAZINGGG
Menu has clearly marked GF dishes. I had the Pad Thai and it was delicious!
Good amount of gluten free options and they were clearly marked on the menu. No issues from eating here! Also have good kombucha and non alcoholic drinks.
The restaurant is devoted to healthy food. The staff understood which things on the menu contain gluten, and asked all the appropriate questions.

Amazing meal, drinks, and atmosphere here! So many gluten free options - buns, pizza, chicken tenders, bowls, & dessert! Waited was super knowledgeable about celiac and careful. And no seed oils and clean food too!
Menu is clearly labeled. When I told my server I had a gluten allergy she said she would alert the kitchen so they would take precautions. I ordered the Korean noodles with shrimp with no issues. Highly recommend!!
Got the Korean noodle bowl with an add on of antibiotic-free chicken. Great taste and didn’t get sick at all! The wait staff was super helpful and knowledgeable about allergens, and the manager/chef came out to deliver the dishes with allergies. The menu had tons of options too.
I have eaten at the Las Vegas location and was excited to be back in the Denver location! Many options marked on the menu GF. Staff is very knowledgeable about celiac and taking precautions. I got the turkey burger and sweet hash. So good and did not get sick!
