There are a couple options here - salad, risotto, or gf pizza crust. I had risotto and it was ridiculously salty. This is a fast food chain restaurant with pre-packaged portions that the “cooks” heat up in front of you to look like they are cooking.

Nice restaurant near to the center of the city
Wanted glutenfree pasta (Nov 2023)...wasn't possible!! Bc of almost no demand they don't offer it anymore!
The only possibility: Zoodles, noodles made of Zucchini, which were already prepared and put directly in pan. So no cross contamination !
I choosed Spinach & gambas with garlic and loved it.
Nice cook, friendly service, who offered me a GF Florentiner as I ordered an Espresso after lunch
I wish I could give 0 stars. I have coeliac disease since I was born and I am always super careful when I go out to eat.
Today I ordered a gluten free pizza. When I got it, I immediately asked at the cashier to check if the pizza which I ordered was booked as „gluten free“ in the kitchen.
She even showed me the screen and said yes.
2 hours later I got super sick at home. I haven’t had a reaction in 15 years…
I am sorry but I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR COELIACS…

It’s a cool restaurant located in the city of Innsbruck. They have gluten free pizza and pasta I had the pizza. The stuff was knowledgeable about gluten. I recommend this place because I haven’t got problems and the food is finished really fast.

The gluten free pizza crust tastes good. Most of the pizzas can be made gluten free.

Noce fast food pizza restaurant close to the center of Innsbruck. They knew what they were doing. The GF pizza bottom was wrapped in a plastic bag before use. No issues afterwards.

I ordered pizza. It was a good crust and tastes nice. I did not get any reaction, so I would go there again.
On the menu you can see about allergens: if it had the letter A next to it, it was an option to get it gluten free.
There are a lot of pizza options gluten free and also quinoa dishes/salad and risotto.
There were no pasta options gluten free.

KEEP OUT. Let an Italian like me tell you that this is not Italian food. It was terrible. Plus, they have gluten free "pizza"... A focaccia frozen base most certainly full of contamination. 6€ for a bottle of water... Definitely a NO-NO

I wasn’t expecting to order at a counter, the risotto was very good according to my tweens but the pizza left a desire for something better. It was safe as it was cooked in a pan and not put on the pizza oven but it was a baked pizza and the dough wasn’t crispy but very soft and gummy. If we ever returned, Risotto is the best option.

Glutenfree pizza. Good taste. One but: the cutlery was a bit dirty. U can supposedly get your personal roller cutter. They gave me free coffee. So keep your eyes open for the cutlery and the Very friendly Barista guy!

Yes
Many GF pizza and pasta options. I had the pesto pasta, it was amazing.
Yes
Food was “fine” pizza was tasty enough but could have been cooked a bit longer. Initially they brought out a regular pizza. Thankfully I had the sense to ask if it was gf, which it wasn’t even tho I’d paid an extra €2.50 for the privilege.
Other gf eaters in the group complained that their pizza were overcooked and hard, and the lasagne was cold. When they brought out another lasagne, it wasn’t much warmer than the first one.
Ordering system was a nightmare to navigate. Took longer to place the order than for the food to be prepared.

Had a great experience today! As mentioned by someone else, they use rice flour to roll out all pizzas (also the regular pizzas), so the risk of cross contamination is very low. They assured me they use separate gloves and designated tomato sauce to make the gluten-free pizzas. The additional charge of 1,50€ is very reasonable too.

The main gluten-free options you can get are their Pinsas. Most of them can be made gluten-free on request and with an additional charge of 2,50€. When I ordered my Pinsa, the cook washed his hands immediately, got the dough which was packaged in a sealed plastic wrapped and prepared and baked it in an aluminium tray to avoid contact with other pinsas. For serving, a sheet of baking paper was added on the wooden board, that is used for all pinsas, sometimes they put it on a plate instead.
