Staff said they can’t commit to making gluten-free food, despite other locations supporting it. There were only five or so items that could be technically gf. Even the pad Thai is made with soy sauce for some reason. Not helpful, not recommended.

Went last week with a friend and the manager explained that they can no longer guarantee anything is gluten free. I really appreciate the managers honesty and ended up dining somewhere else. Thank you guys for caring!

The waitstaff brought over a chef to take my order. Most items can be made gluten free. They were also cautious of cross contamination and offered to make it on separate cookware.

good protocol, decent service. food ordered gf was a joke. gross

Was very excited to try do to a friend who had raved about it in the U.K. All the staff had horrible attitudes and gave incredibly horrible service starting with the host. The manager came to talk to me about GF and took our order. Received edamame with ramen noodles on them! Even tho they are labeled GF on the menu. They use the same water for edamame as ramen!! Apparently you have to specify GF even tho it says it on the menu. Risked some noodles and they were bland, flavorless and insipid. Not worth it gluten free or not. Huge disappointment and risk.

Staff is super knowledgeable and helpful! They made sure my stud. Was 100% gluten free with no cross contamination.
Yes
Gluten free yes but food is gross
Although staff seemed very attentive in the beginning, I found a regular ramen noodle in my GF ramen! Be careful.
All orders for the table were handled by the manager to ensure everything was done properly. Gluten free menu, staff was very accommodating. Not the best ramen in New York, but tasty nonetheless.
Yes
Gluten free menu if you ask. Amazing food and chef will take special care.
I called ahead to find out what options they had available. They have a rice noodle that they said could be substituted in the chicken ramen, and that to ask for the item to be made gluten free. The menu is not labeled.
It wasn’t bad, but tasted basically like chicken noodle soup.
Given the limited options I would recommend going somewhere else if you have a choice.

We shared our allergies very clearly at the beginning of the meal. Unfortunately the chicken donburi bowl made me very sick, even though it was supposed to have been prepared GF and Sesame free. Neither were noted on the ticket, so I think they just didn't do it. Ruined my meal and my day.

They tried to help me make choices that would have the least amount of gluten, but I don't think there's anything other than edamame that's safely gluten free. They asked about cross contamination being a thing.
I mainly wanted to say that there is no gluten free menu, and there is nothing that indicates what has or doesn't have allergins. I did get a ride bowl with some things on it. I expect some level of contamination.

I thought this restaurant would be ok to try bc a previous review said "almost everything can be made gluten free". That's incorrect.
As of January 2023 only 3 things in the menu can be made gluten free (as per the waiter). Chicken Pad Thai, Chicken Ramen and another chicken dish I forgot.
Already seemed to be the blandest items on the menu and making it gluten free caused items (and flavors) to be left out.
My two gluten eating dinner companions said their food was just ok, as well.
