The manager take care of my order and was really aware of celiac disease. They said they will do their best to avoid cross contamination. Good service. Unfortunately lot of symptoms after my lunch...bad luck. Will be careful next time

Food is prepared in a gluten free area. Management came and discussed meal. Worked with me to decide. I had the avocado toast with tea stain eggs. Asked for my eggs to be hard boiled. Food was delicious and prepared as I asked.

If you say you have are GF/ have an allergy, the manager makes the food HIMSELF! It was amazing that he went out of his way to prep the food and they seemed to take this very seriously.
Good find.

This place is an absolute dream — the manager takes your order when you say you’ve got celiac, and the gf menu is so big I had trouble deciding what to get! Went with the grilled chicken ramen which was phenomenal, so fresh + a large portion. Shrimp nori rolls were also delicious! AND they have fresh juice. 11/10 go here if you are in terminal 3 at London Heathrow!

What a treat to be able to eat safely at an airport! Both of our kids have celiac, including our highly sensitive daughter, and they both ate safely here at Wagamama. For such a busy place with communal seating… They did a very good job of making sure our order was gluten-free without cross-contamination. For any gluten-free order, they have the manager take the order and deliver the order. We all enjoyed our lunch and they have a separate GF menu.

This was the happiest celiac experience I’ve ever had! They gave you your own GF menu, the manager came out and spoke with me and he has the kitchen manager prepare my meal to ensure cross contact was as minimal as possible. I have reactions to very small amounts of cross contact and I was completely fine! I ordered the grilled chicken ramen. I definitely recommend it!

I can’t believe I had one of the best gluten-free meals ever in an airport! I wish this restaurant was in Canada! I’d plan my flights around a chance to eat at Wagamama!

Exceptional experience (and to think it’s an airport!) Non gluten menu. The kindest, most professional sat next to me and quietly asked what was my food allergy/intolerance. Took my order and gave it to kitchen. Got one meal in restaurant and one to go. Ordered blueberry spice juice, grilled chicken ramen (in restaurant) and Shu’s ‘shiok’ chicken to go. They said the grilled chicken ramen would not be good to go because it is more watery.

Best option we found in Terminal 3. Manager personally took and delivered order, about half a dozen entree options plus starters or sides. Even some dessert options!

Ate here twice on my connecting flights through London. Loved it! Gluten free menu has a few entrees and sides. Food is delicious and wait staff has a process for allergies. Manager should take your order per their allergen policy. Definitely recommend!

Menu is not marked, but managers are very knowledgeable and will give you a list of items that are GF (also have veg and vegan GF options). Manager will also take your order and talk to the kitchen, so feels safe!

It definitely can be stressful and overwhelming trying to find gluten free in an airport. I was happy to stumble upon Wagamama! They have a non-gluten menu, and there’s actually quite a few options on it! The manager also comes over to take your order and ensure things will be safe! I’m happy with my choice!

Great for gluten free options. Can adapt dishes with gluten free noodles. Good cross contamination processes. Manager takes the order and they are very careful. My 7 year old loves it here.
