Waggas has a gluten free menu and have a procedure to cook it for celiacs and the head chefs cooks it and clears the station. Great food and vibe!

The manager and staff take cross-contamination incredibly seriously, and made sure I knew what was safe to order. There were a lot of options and the food was great
Separate gluten free menu, the manager takes your order and I felt very safe eating here. The food was pretty bland/mediocre though. I got the ramen and I probably wouldn’t get it again. But my husband got a gluten dish off the menu and also felt it was bland/underwhelming, didn’t taste as good as it looked.
manager came over to take my order, explained the gf protocols in place and felt very safe with it all, only one vegetarian gf main option but it was delicious
