Have a friend who works here, and after she learned more about sensitive celiac disease she said there is not enough ability to control for cross contamination for celiac in their kitchen. Wings may be solid option at opening.

We ordered the meat orgy and a salad to share. The salad never came, but the staff was really kind and refunded us for that.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend due to the fact that I experienced some stomach issues on my second piece of pizza. That’s concerning because I’m just gluten intolerant-not celiac.
Pizza did taste good, though. 🙈

The pizza is so good but I definitely got sick after eating here even though they said they had a certain amount of protocols in place. I am a very sensitive celiac.

The pizza is to die for. A lot of sauces are gluten-free, but not all. They say they prepare in the back.

You can only get GF crust in a large, around $30.

Very knowledgeable and they have a great system in place. The GF crusts are precooked and from an external vendor. The person in charge of your order will wash their hands, prep in a separate location, cook separately and mention that's it's GF when they bring it to you. Felt very safe, and it was delicious!

I was happily surprised to learn that Woodstock’s has gluten free pizza - and their protocol for celiac/gluten allergies is great! When I called to inquire, they told me they have a separate oven for allergies and are careful to change gloves, etc. The gluten free pizza only comes in a size large, but it is a great amount of food for 2 people to split because it is thinner crust. The flavor and quality of pizza is better than most gf pizzas I have ever had! Highly recommend. They also have a great cider on tap.

I'm usually pretty sensitive to cross contamination and I had their gluten free pizza with no reaction! I didn't watch them make it, so I'm not sure how many precautions they take, but I was happy with my experience. Even my friend that I had split the pizza with me said it was good (for gluten free). Would definitely be willing to eat it again next time I'm in town. I do miss being able to eat their regular pizza though. That crust was great.

Delicious gf pizza! Only sell large but I just took the rest home.
Placed a take out order here yesterday with no problems. Staff was nice. Great crust. A little greasy but good.
The GF pizza is so good! I had the pesto sauce and it was garlicky and delicious. Even though I have celiac I don't worry about cross contact when eating pizza... I understand the many risks. I didn't ask questions, and I didn't feel sick.
Their pizza is delicious. Unfortunately you do have to order a large to get gf, but I’m not going to complain. Also have vegan options on the menu. They are clear about gf and even have wings! Not celiac friendly but good for sensitive people.
Decent gf pizza but you do have to order a whole pizza...what's new though.
pizza is good but they have major contamination issues... repeatedly scraped extra sauce off regular pizzas back into container then use that sauce on gf pizzas!!!! insist on separate ingredients. manager was helpful when I brought it to his attention.
No
Good gf pizza! Helps to have a pizza option in downtown SLO.
Greasy full sized pizza that was cooked all the way through!!!!!! Yes!!!! Would def eat here again even got to have pizza for breakfast like a normie. :) No reaction.
Yes
Celiac friendly! Great gluten free pizza with lots of different toppings. Staff really knows about cross contamination.
Yes
Large gluten-free pizza with Daiya cheese. So good!
greasy but yummy enough
Sensitive celiac here. I have had the GF pizza here twice, with specific instructions both times and had a reaction both times. Very unfortunate because the pizza was quite good. Perhaps for others that are less sensitive or doing GF for other health reasons, this might be a good choice.
Pizza was good. Staff was clueless on their salad dressings and what gluten free meant. Even the manager had to go look at dressing bottles to see what dressing were gluten free and was unaware off the top of his head.
GF pizza was a good substitute but the crust was kind of sticky - like it stuck to my teeth. It tasted excellent and even reheated well. Not sure if I'll go out of my way to get it again, but it was so nice to have fresh GF pizza again!! I'd definitely recommend it.
Good tasting gluten free pizza. They were very specific about their effort to avoid cross contamination. I really appreciated that. It was a bit pricey, but I guess everything gluten free is. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good gluten free option.
Visiting from the inland empire, where the only gluten free pizza I can find is at BJs, this pizza was fantastic. My boyfriend shared it with me and couldn't tell it was gluten free. They also explained the precautions they use to avoid cross contamination very clearly when I asked.
Kudos to Woodstock for carrying GF pizza!
Gluten free pizza. Not the best GF pizza I've ever had but it's pretty good. Little on the crispy side. It only comes in a large
I called the restaurant to ask about their GF options and also verified with the staff when placing my order. The staff was very aware of celiac and kind. There are two options for GF crust (GF or cauliflower). When you mention celiac, they have one persmake your meal, change gloves, and get all toppings from the fridge, only touched by the prep chef. The have separate cutting surfaces. Ordered a GF pizza (only option is large) and a arge salad to share. The GF crust was very thin. Many tea, lemonade, and flavored soda options available as fountain drinks. Felt safe eating here, no issues!

Someone got for a work function. It was also vegan which was good. Didn’t get sick at all. I didn’t order it myself so not sure about options but I assume you could put any toppings on it.

My kiddo and I have eaten here many, many times with no issues. Staff is friendly and knowledgable about GFpractices, preparing in a clean GF area, changing gloves, fresh cheese and toppings, clean pizza cutter, etc. It takes a little extra time for GF orders, so plan ahead for that. The crust isn’t great (and is almost always burnt around the edges), but the sauce and cheese are good and they go heavy in the toppings, so that’s nice. My only complaint would be the price, as with most GF food we pay extra for less, so it’s too expensive for us to eat often, we try to always buy on Mondays when they have a BOGO though. We also ordered delivery the first time this week (called the order in for clarity as opposed to ordering online) and didn’t have any issues. Was really nice to order a pizza like a normie.

This pizza is so amazing. Fantastic crust. Great to have so many gluten free options and they are listed right on the menu. Nice big pizza too.

I’ve eaten here multiple times and have never felt sick afterwards. While the pizza is arguably expensive— you won’t get sick! (Only tried the gf crust can’t speak to the cauliflower crust)
