The food and service were both top notch! I had no issues with cross contamination.
The staff was super helpful in making sure our order was GF. All of their meat and the teriyaki sauce are GF so I wasn’t worried about cross contamination at all.
THEY ARE AWESOME!!! i love Zao. as a celiac (severe) they make me feel so safe. i’ve never gotten sick from them. today they went above and beyond and ever got me fresh ingredients from separate containers that haven’t even been touched!! so yummy and so conscientious!

There's a menu online that says what options are gluten free. Didn't get sick! Got a chili lemongrass tofu bowl. Definitely look at the online menu beforehand
Lots of GF options! Staff was kind and knowledgeable. They had a menu that showed all the nutritional facts so ordering was easy!
Most items are gluten free and we haven’t had an issue. Usually we get the kids teriyaki bowl.
I have got glutted so bad here from cross contamination. I believe cross contamination is worst from the fried onions and the bahn mi bread
