This place is so celiac friendly :)
Yes
Sunday Aug.16 I ordered 2 extra large pizzas with free chicken wings. I was the 4th person to grab a slice of and I saw a baby cockaroach in the box. Immediately I grabbed a paper towel and killed it. I tried to contact zpizza but they were already closed. I ordered after 8pm.
The next morning I contacted management and she had me call the owner. Originally Pablo (the owner) told me I would have to return the uneaten pizzas to get a refund. I explained to him that I was there for work and I lived over an hour away. (Why would I save food with a cockaroach in it?)
He then told me 2 give him 2 days and he would refund my money once he got back to his office.
2 days later I called him and no answer. I called the pizza shop directly and was told by the manager that Pablo (the owner was not going to issue a refund. As a business owner why would you tell your customer one thing then ignore their calls and have your managers tell them the complete opposite?
Bad customer service. They are making no attempt to rectify the problem or even apologize that my food had a roach in it.
So basically, I just gave them $43 for pizza we had to throw away.
I do not like dishonest business owners. I would not recommend this place, not because the food was bad but because they have poor customer service and a dishonest business owner!
The pizza was a little overcooked, but still tasted great. They are really careful to avoid cress contamination with a separate prep area, equipment, etc.

Really disappointed read all the reviews and was excited to eat here. Got sick within an hour of eating. I did specify I was celiac and it was a serious allergy but I wouldn’t recommend coming here

Had a delicious gluten free pizza here and did not get sick! Others in my group are not celiac and also said they really loved the pizza.

Excellent options for gluten free and egg free pizza crust. You can get either a small or large crust, and toppings are all very fresh and delicious. Restaurant staff very helpful, attentive and knowledgeable towards gf.

I ate here back in mid-2020 and it was really good pizza, no reaction afterwards. It was suuuuuper busy around lunchtime, and had to drive in circles around the neighborhood until it was ready, but that’s probably a good sign.

I didn't question about cross contamination because I've eaten at another ZPizza last year and was very impressed. Reviews on here are favorable as well, but looking at them now I can see they're outdated
They didn't offer gf chicken I ordered previously so just had the gf pizza which hit the spot. Service was good but they had no parm or salt packets available. They are pretty pricey. A large gf pizza with 2 toppings, a calzone, and one bottled iced tea was about $50.
This location has limited indoor seating but had outdoor tables available. Their windows could use a good cleaning. The other location I've eaten at put gluten free stickers on the items I ordered which made me feel more confident about the food safety. They didn't do that here. I don't think I'd visit this location again.
