I am a full-blown celiac with horrible symptoms like nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, rashes, and acne breakouts. I ate here and had the gluten free pizza and it was AMAZING! The taste was phenomenal and I experienced no symptoms. Based on my personal experience I would recommend this place to any celiac with similar symptoms to mine.

The crust is so good it tastes not gf. Sauce is yummy too. However we’ve gotten pizza here twice and both times had issues with the staff… losing our order and not believing we had put in an order. For those reasons we won’t be back. They’re overworked and can’t keep up and don’t care about service.

The location we went to was wake Forest.

I ordered through doordash, so I'm not certain of in-store offerings. This pizza crust was phenomenal. The tomato sauce was a little sweeter than I like, but overall was a fantastic pizza!

Both GF crust options are great but the caulicrust is by far my favorite. Eat here weekly, no issues.

I marked my order as gluten free and that all precautions had to be taken to prevent cross contamination. Unfortunately, right on the box is a sticker that says that there is indeed cross contamination and they cannot take any further precautions.

Holy cow-AVOID!! We used to order from here regularly. Tonight, we had two “gluten free” pizzas delivered but the crust looked different. So I call Me (did you change you gluten free crust supplier?) Guy (let me ask my manager) Guy (she said we were out of gluten free crust, so we subbed our thin crust)

EXCUSE ME?? WHAT?? They did not call. They did not ask. They did not disclose. If my husband or I would have eaten that-it would have been UGLY.

When he returned it, he was told it was the same amount of carbs. FOOD ALLERGIES, people. Not a fad. They don’t get it.

Best tasting gluten free pizza I’ve ever had. Tastes very close to the real thing with a fluffy crust. Comes in a small.

They also have a cauliflower crust too, but I prefer the gluten free crust for thickness and flavor.

I ordered online for curbside pickup. I ordered one glutinous pizza for my son and two gluten free pizzas for the rest of us to share. Unfortunately I called to ask about cross contamination after I ordered and paid. They immediately told me their website and menu says on it that they cannot guarantee anything to be gluten free (which is the norm for a lot of places due to legal stuff). As I continued to question about cross-contamination hoping I would be ok, they told me they use the exact same pizza cutter on their gluten free pizzas as their glutinous because “we only have one pizza cutter”. The person who answered the phone was rude and when the pizza was delivered to my vehicle, that person was also rude when asking for plates and napkins. The people in my party who have a slight allergy to gluten ate the pizzas with no problems. The crust was thicker than I’ve ever seen for a gluten free pizza and they said it was delicious. I just couldn’t trust that I wouldn’t get sick.

The crust was quite good. It's not often that I'm able to find a gf crust that isn't super thin and this one had some thickness to it, along with a good crunch. I have a gluten intolerance and did not experience any discomfort. My one complaint would be that the gf pizza only comes in size very small (about 9") and, with only a few toppings, cost me about $16.

Surprisingly good gluten free crust! Comes in 10 inch only, which I think is good because it’s likely one that won’t reheat the same. No reaction

Called to ask if the gluten free pizzas are run through the same oven as the regular pizzas. They do. Nothing is separate. Therefore, not celiac safe. Would have rated a little higher but they hung up on me 2 times before answering the simple question. Order at your own celiac risk.

fair priced and friendly. You need to ask them to change gloves and use a clean pan to minimize gluten exposure. They are still new at the GF bit.
