Dedicated fryer for fries need I say more? I opted for the Big Catch Dinner with grilled fish and fries over rice. Menu was well labelled. Staff was super knowledgeable having me opt for unseasoned fries just to be safe.
10/10 would eat there again if I was flying into or out of NWA in the future.
They do have a dedicated fryer for fries and chips. I ordered the build your own burger (marked as gluten friendly)and aske multiple times if it would be on a gluten free bun. It was brought out on a regular bun. The error was corrected immediately, and a new burger was brought out on the plate. If you are gluten sensitive, be diligent and you will be fine, there are a lot of options for you. I would not eat here if you are celiac.
They have GF items marked on their menu. Fairly decent choices. I had the chicken nachos and they were fantastic. They do use a separate fryer for their GF items!
Horrible! Have been here numerous times without issue. But tonight we went and ordered a salad without croutons. The salad had croutons. When asked for a new salad as ordered we watched as they removed the croutons and served the original salad again. Simply unacceptable. This could cause serious complications to a celiac. Makes me question their training and what else may be going on in the kitchen if they are this careless and insensitive. I’m so angry still. The disregard for health and lack of training/caring. If I could give negative stars I would!
Traditional Wings and fries are gluten free! Our GO TO place!
I dined here for the first time, during Burger Week, as we are newer to the area. I told them of my gluten allergy and they told me what was “safe” and what was not. I will admit, this was at the beginning of my GF journey and I did NOT ask about shared fryers. I had fries from the menu and was very sick afterwards.
My kids and husband went there a week ago (everyone is GF in the home bc of my issues) but my son even had a reaction due to the fries.
Service is always great! There have been a lot of changes recently. Found out today from the waiter that their ranch dressing has gluten in it. So I had to change my order from a salad to a burger and fries. They do have a dedicated fryer for their fries and take care to make their burger gluten free and not contaminated. GF bun too.
The food wasn’t as hot as I would like but the waitress was great. She knew about celiac and totally understood about cross contamination.
Love this place. Tons of gluten sensitive foods.
They have a separate gluten friendly menu. Server was knowledgeable and let me know their fryer was not a dedicated one for the fries. Food was delicious; great service. Many options to choose from including appetizers, burgers, salads and dinners.
We go to this place from time to time the food is pretty good and they have a gluten friendly menu
They do not have a separate fryer this was confirmed by several workers, so unfortunately this makes almost everything on their GF menu unsafe for celiac (they need to take all fried items off their “safe” list. I was so excited because other reviews had stated they had a separate fryer.
I ended up getting a burger and instantly got sick unfortunately idk if it was from the seasons or if it came in contact with something else…
I hate leaving reviews like this but this place needs to remove their GF menu all together unless they are going to take the proper steps to make sure crops contamination doesn’t happen! All because food is GF doesn’t mean it’s safe if they can’t prepare it properly!
I had the wings with the Jamaican Jerk Sauce + fries. Mom had a burger. They do have a GF bun that comes with the impossible burger that you can use on a regular burger. Items that are GF are clearly marked on the menu. I don’t react with cross contamination, but my mom does. She’s feeling fine so very confident that they use the proper practices. Would definitely eat here again and wish they had one closer to where I live.
Permanently close on dairy
Service was great, I ordered a burger on a gluten free bun. I expressed it was a sever allergy to gluten. The waitress was very friendly and told me my food would be prepared in a separate part of the kitchen. I also explained I had a mushroom allergy. She was very accommodating. Upon getting my burger it looked so good I was so excited because it's not to often I get to have a bun with my meal. Within 2 bites I started to feel that feeling like I was going to be sick. I not only had mushrooms on my burger but I was informed that the seasoning they season the burgers with contains gluten. We had to leave immediately and I still had to pay the waitress was helpful amd apologetic and even gave me a benadryl till I could get to my epi pen . I probably won't be going back. The menu, next to the burgers shows its gluten free but still seasons the burgers in gluten? Very misleading. Please be very cautious here.
Food was good. They were pretty slow to serve the food so we started getting hangry. I am happy with the gluten free menu options they have a good amount available. I got the salmon with a side salad (no croutons) and fries, all gf. My family got fish and chips, beef tacos, and boneless wings. They have some good specials.
May 2023 update:
We came again to this Beef O’Brady’s and again has a separate fryer. Just make sure to let them know about the Gluten “allergy”.
Great wings and fries. Again.
2020:Beef O’Brady’s has a gluten free menu. They fry their fries and wings in a separate fryer.
I had wings and fries. They do offer burgers without buns, steak and shrimp.
When I am in the area, I will return.
I just went to this Beef O’Brady’s. Their fryer IS NOT Gluten Free. They fry everything in the same fryer. The menu is called “Gluten Friendly”. So very disappointed. The Beef O’Brady’s in Chiefland has a separate fryer for fries and things not breaded.
Great food! Get the Nashville hot grilled chicken with fries. Love it! Good prices, great staff. I go here 2x week. No problems. Gluten free clearly marked on menu.
This was our first experience eating out since becoming a GF family. We spent quite some time in research and with limited options in our small town, we felt Beefs was the best option. They have a gluten free-friendly logo by foods in their menu. As we are diving into their world we aren’t super concerned with cross contamination while we are gaining our footing.
I (Gluten sensitivity) got grilled chicken bacon and cheese dish.
My son (celiac) got a white fish platter.
My wife (no issues just awesome and supportive) got the fajitas without tortilla.
Everyone got the chips and queso.
Very tasty with great service! More than what we usually are comfortable spending. But I’m okay paying more on a learning curve as long as learning is actually taking place.
Waitress was very knowledgeable, multiple gf options. Menu was clearly marked.
Went to Beef O’Bradys today and noticed they have upgraded their menu and marked all the gluten free options. They offer a bun free double patty burger
Service has gone way down here, and their lack of concern for the allergy is frustrating. They have also decided to start charging for their gluten free buns. We won't be returning.
They have a gluten free menu & seem knowledgeable. They were very kind & helpful.
Gluten free menu available on line. The steak rice bowl was good.
They have an online GF menu that includes several options including all bone in wings, burgers with out bun, chips, salsa, queso, several sides and bowl options.
Great service and very knowledgeable
Another disaster. The menu had warnings about cross contamination and no GF options. The server did not know what gluten was. I asked if the cook could accommodate us and we were told that we should not be eating out with allergies like ours. Fortunately, not every restaurant in this chain is this ignorant.
Had the shrimp bowl and it was very good. Disappointed no dedicated fryer so no chicken or fries. My husband enjoyed the glutinous boneless wings and chef salad.
Gluten Free menu. Knowledgeable staff.
