Their sausage used to be great now it's a dry tastless prepackaged sausage link broken up on a very dry pizza. Ugh ! Gluten allergies steer clear. Got so sick....🤢

I’ve gotten the pasta here a few times never had a problem and tasted good. Got the pizza this time and got sick ):
Separate kitchen area for GF prep if you tell them it’s an allergy. Staff is very knowledgeable about how to make virtually any dish GF. When I came, the only non-GF pizza topping was the meatballs- but be sure to ask!
Pizza is always a risk for a celiac, so if very sensitive be aware. That said, however, the staff was knowledgeable about the allergy aspect and asked the kitchen staff when unsure. Food is delicious.
Okay pizza however felt a little ill after eating just a few slices. Referred to their website on the way home, states that they cannot guarantee against cross contamination. Depending on one’s degree of gluten intolerance, I would eat here with caution.
The staff did an excellent job of addressing my concerns. They will ask you if your gluten-free meal is preference or allergy. Once I said allergy, they made sure I felt comfortable with how my order was handled. I had to beet, arugula and goat cheese salad as well as fig, prosciutto and goat cheese pizza on a gluten free crust. Both were excellent. The staff all give excellent and prompt service and are super friendly. If you are a sensitive celiac though please be aware this is a shared environment but they do their best to ensure safe preparation.
Have been a big fan. But they just switched to a cauliflower crust which is terrible. I am Fodmaps so that was a nasty surprise and there was no change to menu description. So disappointing because the original GF crust was fantastic. There are no good GF pizza options in North Phoenix at this time .
I have a gluten allergy and Sauce is one of the restaurants we go to all the time. They are always careful to ask me if ordering gluten free is due to an allergy. GF pizza is delicious and I’ve never had a reaction because of their food.
Good food. Never get sick when we eat there. They have a separate area where they make the GF pizza and the crust is also Dairy Free. Salads are very good. Highly recommend.
Has gf labels on all gf items on menu. Get the gluten free fig, prosciutto, and goat cheese pizza. The texture is better than regular bread and compliments the toppings so well. When I order they ask if it's an allergy or preference. I'm addicted and thankful for this place!
great selection. food is wonderful. service was great. food service may have some cross contamination but I'm just doing it for diet reasons. so a little cross contamination is OK for me. try the vegetable soup! so good
Be really careful here. Although they advertise gluten free pizzas and sandwiches, they are in no way safe for any celiacs or those with low thresholds for sensitivity. Everything is shared and they are clear on that- they do not make an attempt to use separate ingredients. This is an example of a restaurant doing gluten free for $$$
I wanted the chicken pesto pizza, and asked if those ingredients were gluten free as well. The cashier said he didn't know, all he knew was that the crust was gluten free. I didn't want to hold up the line so I just ordered a GF cheese pizza. It was undercooked and the crust was mushy and soft. Not impressed.
The overall menu is good but their pizza is in an area where it can be cross contaminated. I ordered the gf pizza and my stomach started hurting half way through so I am not 100% sure it is completely gf
Contamination? A half hour after eating a tasty pizza there, allegedly gluten free, I am bloated and feel like I want to vomit. My husband who is not GF and shared with me is fine. We got charged extra for GF and our total with one extra topping and mineral water was $17. I've eaten Gf pizza in other places with no ill effects. On taste they get 5 stars.
