Easy lunch bowls with good flavor-GF items clearly marked and staff is knowledgeable!
I have celiac disease and have eaten here before, but this time I ordered gluten free and was served beer-soaked refried beans. Another server let me know and gave me a refund but I had already eaten some and got pretty sick.
Variety of GF and veg options available, including rice bowls and quesadillas. They will take special precautions if you inform them that you have celiac! I asked about safety precautions for cooking the quesadillas and they indicated that they both use a dedicated GF section of the griddle and cook on foil, so that sounds pretty safe. I didn't ask about cross contamination precautions for burrito ingredients so be sure to double check that. They use GF tortillas upon request but gluten tortillas are also used in the kitchen. I had the Korean BBQ bowl, which was very tasty.
Their gluten-free tortillas are excellent. The food quality and variety are always top-notch.
Rice bowl was excellent. Staff knowledgeable and careful. No issues with cross contamination.

We love this chain, and this location is our favorite. My husband is off the charts Celiac, very cross contamination sensitive, and we're also both allergic to dairy, but we've never had a problem here. The food is delicious & healthy, but feels indulgent. We love their Thai Bowl & Comfort Bowls the best. I wish they had dairy free cheese options, but it's not a deal breaker.
I ate here recently for the first time. The menu had GF call-outs, which made it easy to choose my meal. I am not celiac, but very intolerant, and I did not get sick : ) That is a success. I am happy to have found an establishment to indulge outside of my kitchen. I can't wait to try something else on the menu.

Gluten free items are clearly marked and the staff was knowledgeable with the menu and helped with some of my other allergies. Hands down the best guacamole and pork taco I’ve ever had! Loved that they have mushroom tacos as well!

Small portions, got my daughter’s order wrong (subbed chicks for tofu) and then she ended up glutened. She ordered the Thai bowl. Service was friendly but slow.
Had a comfort bowl with side salad. Most things are GF or can be made easily GF and the dressings were as well. Also, they gave me vegan cheese and sour cream on my bowl at no extra charge! It was all delicious. Will definitely go back, no issues whatsoever.

This is top notch! I have some options here! I usually order the garden salad without guacamole as that is an allergy for me! The dressing is super yummy and they always do a great job! They also have a chili and usually a soup…tacos, etc are other options! Staff is usually very knowledgeable and they have a book they can check things if need be!
Generally they are aware of allergens. They do have a disclaimer about cross contamination. I have eaten there twice in 6 mos and had no reaction.
The food is over priced for okay but the staff is knowledgeable and I haven’t gotten sick.

Absolutely horrible. Service, staff was very rude, and disrespectful. Prior to ordering for my celiac son and I, I asked a slew of questions to make sure we could safely eat here. They said yes there was no risk of cc with the items. I was ordering.....I waited 20 minutes for our food to be made, while waiting I noticed they were using shared food bins for both gluten and gluten free meals, so I asked about what precautions were taken to avoid cc since I was not seeing any. The chef said sorry, they didnt notate it needed to be gf so none. I explained that I had made it very clear it needed to be gf, at what point the waiter told me "it wouldn't matter if it was noted gf, you should know better than to eat at a place like this, it's going to be cced and there is nothing we can do to prevent that." O explained that's why I asked so many questions and said my son and I had celiac. Her response was "then you should know better than to even come in here, you should know your never going to be able to eat at a normal restaurant only one thats dedicated gf" at which point I see them finishing up our meals and there's flour tortillas on top of our food! At that point I demanded a refund and very unhappily left with a very hungry little boy. Kitchen staff was very apologetic, however the waitstaff was very rude and condescending. Would not recommend to anyone!
Delicious Autumn Bento Bowl. The food was great. The music with speakers right over the tables was challenging for conversation. otherwise very pleasant experience.
I got the vegan version and that was a great option since I have additional sensitivities and allergies besides gluten.
They seemed very knowledgeable about cross contamination. I ordered the Bombay bowl which was delicious. Big serving. Great atmosphere and WiFi! Didn’t get sick. I’m celiac.

The only thing they serve with gluten is tortillas. Very healthy food! They are quite knowledgeable. They’ll work with allergies! Tell them you’re Celiac. I wouldn’t trust the GF cookie as it’s cooked in the same factory as other cookies. Don’t have the corn tortillas as they’re cooked on the same grill as flour tortillas. I’ve eaten here numerous times!

Decent amount of gluten free options. I did not talk to a server directly or watch my food get prepared, but on my online order, I put Celiac disease in the memo and they seemed to know what to do. My bowl came delivered labeled “gluten allergy.” The bowl I had was just mediocre. I’d be interested to try other things.

I’m a super sensitive Celiac and have never gotten sick here. They also work around allergens and will even show you ingredients in a dish, so you can be super safe. As far as I know most, or all LP’s, have separate counters for tortillas. They are very careful. Very healthy and tasty meals!
