They have no gluten free options. When I came here and asked they said nothing was gluten free.

This place is not Gluten Free and should be removed from the list. As soon as we sat down, the waitress said they weren’t gluten free and didn’t have anything that was gluten free. The place is great but just not gluten free.

This place changed their name to “The Nook”. They do not have a dedicated kitchen so it may not be safe for celiacs. I am not celiac, just gluten sensitive & I didn’t have a problem. The food was fresh & delicious! I had a garden frittata with salad. Instead of an English muffin, you can have either fruit or tomatoes.
Gluten-free options available!
This restaurant does not have a gf menu or items marked. The servers were not very knowledgeable either. That said, I had a decent western omelette with home fries and did not get sick. Inside the restaurant is pretty run down but the outside seating was lovely. Service was absolutely awful.
Rancheros were awesome. Spicy.
Delicious. Be sure read the menu carefully. Service is great.

This is now called EpicEgg
They have a lot of breakfast and lunch gluten free menu items
Yes
This place is great! They have a separate GF menu and have marked GF items on the regular menu. The staff is very helpful and friendly about allergies. I highly recommend the oatmeal pancakes. They are served with fruit, so it taste like an oatmeal fruit muffin.
I’m not a big breakfast person and this place helped fix that feeling.
Oatmeal pancake was yummy. Not amazing but pretty good I’d say. They had a gluten free menu that had a good amount of options. Atmosphere and staff were very nice. It does have busy hours just a heads up.
They have one or two specifically gf options, but not the tastiest. I always get sick after eating there.
No
Excellent gluten free bread at no extra charge! Nearly everything can be made gluten free! I have eaten here 3 days in a row and been very happy!
Yes
The staff was super helpful, the menu says they can’t guarantee no cross contamination but they will do everything they can to prevent it. We’ve eaten here twice with no adverse reactions!
Yes
This business has been renamed but is still in the same location. They had many gluten free offerings anywhere from pancakes to breakfast tacos. Food is good too!
Yes
It's not even gluten free I was promised a gluten free menu and instead I got Jack all
Yes
Very disappointed They don’t have gluten free toast or buns or bagels Their equipment shared so not celiac safe All they have on their menu are egg choices and salads which are gluten free anyways
Yes
Not GF per say.... eggs, potatoes and bacon. So far so good. Nice atmopshohere. Pleasant staff. Only 3 cause they are NOT GF.... they offer, but it's at your own risk.
WARNING- NOT celiac friendly! Shared equipment so not safe for Celiac's.
No
The pancakes are cooked on the same space as the regular, so are NOT GF. They have no separate pans, only a large grill surface. They have only 1 toaster, so cannot have GF toast. I had a no-cheese omelet and GF bread on the side, since the omelette are all cooked on a particular side of the grill. The waitress was nice and knowledgeable. This place is GF for a tiny amount of the menu..
Staff somewhat knowledgeable and easy to ask questions and talk to about concerns
The very first time I discovered their gluten friendly oatmeal pancake, I figured I’d give it a try. I was also there to use my free birthday meal keep in mind. It comes out and I was very skeptical. It came with the wrong fruit sauce and no fruit cup. I had figured they had just messed up a bit. About halfway through eating, I finally said something to my waiter. He went back into the kitchen and came back within what felt like a few seconds. THEY HAD BROUGHT ME A GLUTENED UP PANCAKE! I was very upset and I said something to the manger. She gave me that meal for free and they never messed up like that again. Just be very cautious when you order this menu item.

So good the pancake is so good
Yes
This place is excellent. GF menu, omelets, skillets, etc. Menu has oatmeal pancakes but I haven't tried those. I had the Vera Cruz Chicken and Avocado Omelette with ranch potatoes, all delicious! Spinach Bacon Mushroom Omelette is also good.
Yes
I had the Spinach Bacon Mushroom Omelette with ranch potatoes and fruit, which was all delicious. Was hopping but not too crowded on a Sunday morning. Staff was excellent. Get Taylor if you can!
Yes
The only gluten ‘friendly’ option was an oatmeal pancake. Cross contamination can occur.
No
The staff was very friendly. I asked them to clean the grill for the pancakes and they were more than willing. They changed their gloves and picked the fruit from the back. I am extremely sensitive and had no reaction!
Minimal selection, carry no GF bread, waitress stated many times that they could not guarantee CC would not occur. Celiac patients beware.
They offer a “gluten-friendly” menu, which has few options, but all of the options are delicious and filling. I highly recommend the Oatmeal Pancake. It is massive and so good! The staff is friendly and helpful as well.
They have a GF menu, I ate the Colorado egg scramble or named something similar to that. It was really good, and they replaced the English Muffin with fresh fruit.
There are some really good options on the “gluten-friendly” menu and everything tastes fine. I’ve gotten just a little bit sick after every time I’ve eaten here.
They have one gluten friendly pancake option. They warned me that cross contact was very possible and I got sick from eating a salad with no dressing. This is not a safe place to eat, even though my dining party all enjoyed their food.
No
Waitress was clueless about gluten allergy. They do have a GF menu, but it is unclear why some items aren’t on it and she wasn’t able to explain this. My stomach was upset after eating here so I assume there is cross contamination in the back. I ordered an avocado ham scramble with fruit and potatoes. My husband had the corned beef and it was pretty gross - actually the 1st time he didn’t like a meal from this restaurant. No ill effects for him though.
Not a lot of options but the menu is clear about allergens especially online.
Excellent gluten friendly pancakes and the Wisconsin scramble is delish
Yes
This diner is fine but for the same price you could have the fresh, classy food of Over Easy. I have Celiac Disease and while this place is gluten friendly and do their best to prevent cross contamination, the only options that would work for celiacs are those that are in a separate skillet. The oatmeal pancakes are made from gluten free oats but they are only willing to cook them on the griddle which is shared with gluten containing items. Also, the hollandaise sauce is not made fresh and does contain gluten.
I ordered the corned beef hash without hollandaise sauce and the English muffin, with my eggs over easy and a side of dressed greens in place of the English muffin. The food was good but typical good diner food. The dressed greens were dressed with a lemon vinegarette made fresh onsite.
I guess I should mention that we were not expecting a diner. My husband had been to an Egg and I in Alabama and raved about it. We didn't realize that it wasn't the same as that Egg and I in Alabama, which we should have been clued in by the use of the and sign in this Egg & I.
My husband had the Athena Scramble which he said was good.
Personally, we will probably be going to Over Easy, which we love, more than here but this is definitely a decent place and the staff seem knowledgeable despite claiming it's only celiac friendly.

Not a bad option for the area

They have a GF pancake. Looks like its a new item. Very delicious!
The best kamakazi buckwheat pancake with blueberries, nuts, and real butter and maple syrup on the side. Both locations are great!
Yes
This is a chain restaurant where I always know I will get a gluten free breakfast and great service. They will substitute fruit for toast/bread. The breakfast potatoes are gluten free.
Yes
Great breakfasts. Not a whole lot of variety but they do a great job with avoiding cross contamination and their skillets are excellent. I have very sensitive celiac disease and my husband and I eat here often. Never been sick here.
Yes
Very good with a lot of options. Homemade hot sauce šš»
Delicious breakfast!! My hash was made with freshly sliced corned beef, cooked crispy! Gluten free side options such as fruit or greens instead of the bread.
Yes
Reliable basic breakfast food--and a large GF menu. Friendly waitress.
They have a "gluten friendly" menu and like most places it's not a huge menu. But the staff usually know about gluten and celiac and are very helpful when ordering. I've never gotten sick here.
The egg & I is a breakfast place that was just wonderful! They have 13 full options for unique breakfast combinations (thankfully you don't have to order al a carte). The eggs were cooked correctly and super hot. We tried two dishes and they both hit the spot! Even for lunch. The staff was extremely helpful coming to double and triple check with us that they were doing everything they needed. Ask for Michelle she is great!
Yes
Pretty classic diner. No GFree breads or pancakes etc. but they were knowledgeable about home fries and the omelette was good, if modestly sized.
