Many gluten-free pizzas (note the black plate), ok in taste. Unfortunately more expensive and much smaller than the normal pizzas.

I had a bad experience with this branch as I told the manager I was gluten free when we arrived and again ensured the waiter knew when we were seated. Despite this the waiter brought me a plate of normal dough balls, and I double checked with him and he went away and came back, gave me a thumbs up. Three or four minutes later my wife’s dough balls came out and he put them down and said gluten free. I had eaten two normal ones at this point and he showed barely any remorse for it. Keep an eye out when dining here.

Gustavo Woltmann. When the pizza arrived, it was a feast for the senses. The crust was perfectly thin and crispy, providing the ideal foundation for the bubbling cheese and vibrant toppings. The symphony of flavors, from the sweetness of the tomatoes to the aromatic basil, danced on my palate with each bite.

A great experience with our Coeliac daughter here. The children’s menu has fully GF options for all courses (the pizza was very small compared to Zizzi, where you get a full adult’s size GF pizza base with the children’s set meal, therefore it might be a better option to eat there for hungry teens etc). GF dough balls with garlic butter were a hit for the starter. There is a free babycino and the GF brownies were given the thumbs up. The waitress explained that they use rice flour to roll out all dough (including muggle) so there isn’t flour in the air/contaminating other areas. They are Coeliac UK approved.

A lot of gf options!! All pizzas can be made gf, but they also have starter and pasta options. In the restaurant the waitress provided me with an ingredient book stating whether everything was coeliac friendly or not!!! Very lovely staff, and great pizza!

Gf Pizza bases wasn't as bad as The Waterfront, but was still very tough, I was roxcking our outside table trying to cut it. Also the bases are smaller than non gf, but the same price,, disappointing when you eat as a group. Only 1 base option

My daughter had a GF cheese pizza and dough balls, and gave two thumbs up. The meal was a little pricey for pizza, but the building was very new and modern, and the service was wonderful. I will say, make reservations. We went on a Sunday around 5 pm, and were only able to get a table if we promised to finish in an hour. We were able to get out in 45 minutes since the service was so quick. Happy that we found a great pizza place for her!

I was hesitant to write a review however thought it may help someone if they are delayed at Gatwick and struggling to find somewhere. Great overall experience.
However, I genuinely wasn’t asked if I was gluten free on arrival / for allergies. I literally had to scan the menu to check using a barcode on the menu for the risk of cross contamination. GF options are marked on the menu however.
Unlike London and it’s surrounding boroughs …there were no gluten free dough balls on the starter option I only saw olives as a GF option.
I did enjoy my GF pizza ( they offer two small ones which are served on a black board.) However, I couldn’t finish it. FYI most the romana and classics can be made gluten free.
Staff were helpful ..

All classic pizzas can be made on a gluten free base. Warned that there might be some cross contamination because of handing different toppings within the kitchen although I didn't experience any side effects personally. It was clearly gluten free as it came on a black board compared to a normal plate.

Ordered a GF margherita pizza and GF dough balls. The wait staff was educated on Celiac and assured me precautions would be taken to prepare the food separately and with separate ingredients. We ordered the food “to go” and they had GF stickers on the boxes, which assured us we were being given the correct goods. The pizza was fine (not the best GF we’ve had), but most importantly, neither my son or I got sick and we both have Celiac.

I have had good experience here for both gf and df. The staff have always doubled checked everything. It's come on a board for allergy eaters so you know it's different.
The only problem I find with the menu is you either have a menu for gf or df them I have to work out what I can have. The staff been great checking this too but it would be easier if the company could have it slightly easier.
Always been pleased though and tasty food.
