The waiters are amazing at double checking that everything is gluten free! I feel really confident about eating here.

It’s easy to eat gluten free here, and the staff always knows what I’m talking about when I say I have celiac disease. The menu is the same at all locations, and I’ve eaten at nearly all of them! Everyone in the family loves going to Cattlemens!

Great steak and potatoes! GF menu is available and most entrees can be ordered without breaded/croutons/flour. Fryer is not dedicated, and kitchen may have cross-contamination.
It’s a steak house, so most of their food was gluten free. They have a gf menu that points out the safe items. I asked for my salad without croutons. Pete’s Special was delicious!

Their staff was very knowledgeable about how to handle my allergies. I asked for a gluten free menu and the manager and kitchen staff were notified. They even made us a special gf potato skin plate (yum) All in all, it’s a great experience.
They have a separate gluten-free menu, but it's really just list of items. You need a regular menu as well in order to read descriptions, sides, etc. I got a steak salad and it was perfect. The waitress also brought a large sample of baked beans that she said were gluten-free, without me asking. They were super tasty. I would definitely go back if I happen to go thru Redding again.

Eaten here without getting sick many times. A good option for a steak house. Stay away from foods cooked in their fryers.
I called before going for dinner to see if they had a Gluten Free menu. The lovely girl that answered the phone actually grabbed one and read me a few items off the menu. What service!! I made a reservation and we went later that night. There were several items available on the gluten free menu and we had a great dinner. The only thing I found slightly lacking was their dessert offerings. It was ice cream only. Overall, it was very good.
