Lovely meal at the lounge beeston - had the full english breakfast option. Food when received had a gluten free flag and delivered by a manager. Ordered at the bar to ensure coeliac safe and ordered correctly. Huge A3 sized gluten free menu which is great to see!

They appear take all allergens very seriously. When I said I was ordering from the gluten free menu, I was passed over to a different member of staff who was trained to deal with my order. The process was explained to me, and they had me read their allergen statement. I was told that my meal would be prepared by a different chef in a separate kitchen area with separate equipment, and when my order came out it had a little red flag in it marking it as a gluten free meal. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, all very friendly, the service was excellent, and the food delicious. I have eaten here twice now, and have had no issues with gluten contamination. And the gluten gluten free menu is huge! It's as big as the standard menu, absolutely huge amount dishes to choose from.

Great choice of GF meals, I asked if chips were safe to eat and was assured there was no cross contamination. I had a burger with chips, and I’d say it was ok. My meal was marked GF and I felt safe. I had no reaction.

We ordered at the bar, very efficient and not a long wait for food. Had tapas... Mini pulled brisket chilli, maple chicken wings and sweet potato fries. It was nicely presented and very tasty. The staff we knowledgeable about GF.

My gf gf and I eat here fairly regularly and it’s always a great experience. They have a dedicated and expansive gluten free menu for everything from breakfast to dinner. Really impressed with the massive gluten free menu. Everything from breakfast/brunch to tapas to desserts were available gluten free. Gluten free food is served with a GF flag, staff are really clued up on allergies and cross contamination. The kitchens aren’t dedicated gluten free but I have severe coeliac disease and after eating here I wasn’t ill! The knowledgeable staff made me feel at ease.

I went to another Lounge (from the same chain) and was really ill and had a severe reaction after eating the ‘GF’ Buttermilk Chicken and Fries there. Now to be safe I avoid going back to any of the Lounges (as the menus and everything are the same).

Have unfortunately been made ill from food I was served here. Server was made aware that I have coeliac, and they thought that meant I was vegan! Food itself was not of a good quality, was served cold and sloppy food at first, until receiving a replacement meal. Shortly after eating I became unwell. Shame because they have a great gluten free menu but staff are obviously not knowledgable on what it means.
