I wanted to like this place based on the menu; however, the quality of the food is lacking. The service is very good and the staff are helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I had a reaction—I think to one of the dressings—despite being careful to order gluten-free, so I think that the chain is not as concerned with high-quality food as I would like. “Regular” people should have nothing to complain about. It is similar to Chipotle.

I eat here at least once a week & they are very careful & knowledgeable about Celiac disease! Owners are extremely nice! I usually get the steak nachos & they are delicious!

Ordered chicken and rice bowl with queso and chips. Delicious! Did not get sick 🙌. Took a star off for safety because there’s always a chance of cc (especially when you’re dipping into things and then putting it on flour tortillas), but it didn’t bother me this time. I have celiac.

Very kind, well meaning owner and employees but not safe at all.

Tons of cross contamination. They do change gloves but they’re using their hands to grab everything.

I’ve been eating at this Dos Bros for 4 years and I’ve only gotten sick once (from cheese, not gluten). You definitely have to keep an eye on the food preparation but the bowls have been safe so far! Ask for glove change and explain your allergies, and you should be set!

Always fresh, always quick and easy. The burrito bowl is always a safe gluten free option. Never had any issues and we have eaten here at least once a week since they opened. Great food and service. 👍

Delicious fast casual Mexican restaurant uses high quality local ingredients w/ vegan, vegetarian & gluten free options. A lot of gluten-free options including Burrito Bowl, Nachos, and Queso Dip. Tasty!! Staff changed gloves as soon as I stayed food allergy.

Great experience here! They will use fresh gloves if you need them to and almost everything on the menu is gluten free. I chose to get a bowl and I didn’t have any issues at all.

Menu lists all GF items. As soon as I mentioned GF they changed their gloves. They warmed my tortillas using foil so they wouldn’t be contaminated by the surface where the flour tortillas had been.

Great new option for GF in Oak Ridge! It’s essentially a Chipotle clone, so if you’ve been bummed about it’s closure, you’ll love Dos Bros!

Great options! The owner is very knowledgeable, and they almost always immediately wash their hands and change gloves when you say gluten allergy or Celiac Disease. If they don’t, just ask and they’ll change them for you.

I always get a salad or bowl and make sure they change gloves. Gf queso dip, need I say more! 😋 Clean meats and grass fed beef!

Plenty of easily marked gluten free menu choices. I had a bowl with tofu and pinto beans, very tasty! Great stop for a quick meal, it only took us a few minutes to get our food.

They do have a gf menu, but I still get sick so I’m not sure how gluten free it is.

Almost everything on the menu is gluten free, except the flour tortillas. Even the chips are safe! Just to be safe, I always get a bowl to avoid cross-contamination from the tortilla steamer. I eat here regularly and have never had a reaction.
