Food is good. There are 4 GF options and they are freshly wok cooked. Have not had a reaction. You have to be careful and tell them what you need, or they will just stick wontons on your rice. Most times, I'll order the Mongolian beef with brown rice. My family can eat the wontons, but I have Celiac Disease. Service was okay - it can be slow because it is made per order. I don't recommend phoning in your order because they may not understand what you need as far as no cross contact. You have to physically tell them that.

Three GF items on the menu (plus steamed rice), but staff on the day weren’t really knowledgeable about the dishes, and whether there could be cross-contamination. No adverse reactions today though.

You gotta thoroughly explain it to them. Look the sever in the eye and tell them because otherwise they are very lax about it.

First of all, the food tasted good (bourbon chicken specially) and I do not blame the resturaunt itself for the problems I had. However, the employee serving me was lazy at my expense.
I started out by asking if there were any gluten-free options, as I do at any restaurant. Without skipping a beat, he said no. I responded something along the lines of, "Oh, my bad. I had read online that there were." In response to this, he turned his head and looked at the allergen sheet on the wall RIGHT NEXT TO HIM. Upon actually reading the sheet, he found that there were, in fact, three options (bourbon chicken, white rice, and a vegetable something). I asked for those three gluten-free things.
Now here was the second problem. He misread the allergen sheet. Instead of giving me the gluten-free vegetables, he gave me the teriyaki vegetables, which do contain gluten.
The moral of the story is that this is a good restaurant, but you should take the employees' word with a grain of salt.

Gluten free options are white rice, grilled chicken, and stir fried vegetables. I’m not a huge fan of stir fried vegetables so I had a very plain meal, lol. They advertise gluten free, so I’m not sure why it would be that hard to offer gluten free fried rice.

They were out of rice, but had bourbon chicken and green beans. The server double checked the allergen information which was posted on the wall.

Not safe for celiac. Not sure why it would be said to be safe. Impossible to avoid cross contact.

I was excited to try the pad thai but the company changed the recipe and it’s no longer gluten free. I got the grilled bourbon chicken. It was ok. Just chicken and rice.

Went today. Only white rice and green beans were ok. Continued my search elsewhere

They changed their menu, pad Thai is no longer gluten free :(
The staff was amazingly nice and patient with my Celiac issues and checked an allergen guide that was posted on the wall. There were limited choices, but I enjoyed the Bourbon Chicken over white rice. No problems here!

Many GF options. Thai coconut curry is very good in addition to the pad thai. Make sure to ask that the wonton is not included if you order the lunch size.
Yes
They don’t keep gluten-free food separate from food with gluten. They used the same wok for all dishes even after I asked them to use a new wok to cook my daughter dish because she has celiac. people with celiac can’t eat their “gluten free” dishes :(
No
Gluten free items on the menu, but the Thai Coconut Curry Chicken tested positive for gluten with the Nima sensor. :(
No
Things marked as GF were not the items that were written, different items were said to be GF on the screen menu than in the buffet labels, and when I asked how the orange chicken was GF since it was clearly breaded, she had no answer. Did not order anything after waiting in a long line. Would not recommend.

Had gf chicken pad Thai. Pretty good! Hopefully no reaction to come!
Has three gluten free options: Green beans, bourbon chicken, and some other curry dish. Of course the rice is GF too. Pretty good, but expensive as all airport meals are
Small but delicious selection on their gluten free menu - I really like their Thai Coconut Curry!
This place is ok. It’s like take away in a plastic tray.
Marked GF
Bourbon Chicken
Thai Coconut Curry
Boiled white rice
Green beans

If you have celiac let them know. The staff is knowledgeable about gluten free and will offer you to look at the allergen list. When staff members don't know something about gluten free options they will check. They have been expanding they're gluten free options. Additional deals in the pick up sticks app. I love this place! My favorite things are the pad Thai, sweet & sour tofu, and Thai tofu curry. If you want fried rice you have to see if they're willing to make it for you without soy sauce. Some locations will and some won't if it's premade.
Yes
They do not have a separate menu, but items that are gluten free are marked. They do have enough choices. Food was good.
Yummy white rice with Coconut curry and burning chicken, it's clearly listed, but tell them if yuh have an allergy so they don't throw a free egg roll on top!
Certain items don't have gluten.... if you get the chicken only. I got the tofu on one of the gluten free items which seemed to have a breaded coating. After I downloaded the online nutrition guide I discovered that the tofu does have gluten which is profoundly upsetting. I made it clear I couldn't have any gluten due to celiac when ordering.

The guy running the place was a jerk. I asked for him to have the cooks change their gloves and he couldn't even guarantee that would happen. Fingers crossed I don't get sick. Turds....

dedicated GF menu. Staff is knowledgeable about cross contamination. Food was good. Updated 1/21/17. I attempted to eat at this restaurant with my family in December the staff said they were unable to clean the pans prior to cooking our meal and not to worry the gluten would burn off from the last thing they cooked. We left and contacted corporate who assured us they talked to the staff and we should try again. We attempted to eat here again today the staff seemed put out by us asking to use clean pans and utensils and suggested it was not worth it to risk our health 5 times. It was apparent they didn't want to have to do the extra work needed to accommodates us.

Not a Cealiac friendly restaurant. The employees had no idea what Gluten Free even was. If you have Cealiac Disease do not eat here.

Said they wash everything same way. Only the sauce is gluten free. No sweet and sour gf chicken. Didn't feel comfortable eating here. Won't be back!!

The food was excellent and the staff was well versed on gluten allergies and will also make other items not on the gluten free menu upon request.
I have Celiac Disease and I'm super sensitive to cc. I have eaten at this Pick Up Stix fir years and never had a problem. I usually get the Chicken Pad Tai. So delicious!!

i love to eat here, a little pricey but gives big amount offood. has gf menu, i love the sweet and sour chicken. if you feel unsafe about cashier knkwing what to do you can ask the manager and they understand completely. so good!
They have a lot of gluten free options compared to other comparable asian restaurants. Many of the cashiers are completely out of the loop regarding gluten and the gluten free options available, so minus 1 star.

"They clean each wok after every use." Per managerSweet n sour w/steamed chicken & brown rice is hot & fresh. Not too bad :-)
I was happy to find out about another common joint that offers gluten free options. They are made on shared equipment though, so beware.
I have celiac & have to be very careful whwn going here. They do have a few things on the menu, but make sure you ask questions & stress the level of sensitivity you have.
Always enjoy my food. ;-)
good
FANTASTIC, SAFE, DELICIOUS Gluten-Free menu!!! I eat here almost every day for lunch because I NEVER have a gluten reaction to any of their gluten-free options. The Staff are knowledgeable on cross-contamination and extremely accommodating. Thank you Pick-Up-Stix...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
They have 4 GF items to choose from. I have had two of them and they are pretty yummy. Not a big menu..but it is something. the cashier was helpful a nod knowledgable . She still served me a fortune cookie...but it was wrapped up so no biggie.
Super good! Didn't get sick!
They have so many great gluten free option!
