My daughter works here. She saw an employee using gluten contaminated utensils with GF food. The employee said that celiac was just a made up disease. She brought it to managements attention and they shrugged their shoulders. Do not eat here because they do not believe celiac is a disease and refuse to follow safety protocols.

Unfortunately, this restaurant has changed vendors and now no longer has fries as a gf side. The only gf sides are fresh fruit & coleslaw.

Great server, Brendon. GF menu. We are very new to GF life, having celiac. My son had his first GF bun and actually liked it. He also got the chocolate shake and it was delicious.

The server handed me a GF menu and walked me through the menu! I got burger with a GF bun...fabulous! The bun didn't fall apart either! Fries are made in a separate fryer. Great service and I didn't worry about cc at all!

Gluten free menu upon request. Most all burgers available. Also the waiter asked me if it was an allergy, to which I said yes. He offered me gluten free fries even though not on the menu. Said they have and use a separate gluten free only fryer. Good food and good service. None of the appetizers were marked gluten free.

Ordered GF bun for my burger & was told they had GF fries…. Not sure if the fries got put in the same fryer as non-GF (other reviews said dedicated GF fryer) but there was definite cross-contamination of some sort

Went here and ordered off the gluten free menu. My sandwich came out on a regular bun (I asked if it was gluten free because it looked like my husband’s regular bun). The person said no, said the sandwich would be remade and brought back out. Not even 90 seconds later I had the same sandwich in front of my just on a gluten free bun.
I explained to the server that the sandwich had to be totally remade because I have celiac disease and the cross contact will harm me. The manager came over and profusely apologized and comped my sandwich and had it remade and checked herself for cross contact. I did eat the new one (by the time I got it my husband had been done with his food for 10 minutes) but my stomach did start to hurt soon after, so I’m positive there was some cross contact still happening.
I’ll give them a second chance at a later date (first time there) but please be careful eating here!

Disappointing after reading the reviews here. Only thing listed on the gf menu were burgers (not all the ones on the main menu) and salads. No sides listed. I had been looking forward to a burger but was hungrier than just a burger. Got a large Cobb salad with chicken instead. Even though they specifically put it in as a gluten allergy, it was delivered with croutons. They brought it back rather quickly, so I assume they lifted the chicken and placed it on a fresh bowl of salad. Luckily no reaction so far, but disappointing and didn’t feel confident eating.

Server was great - they have a GF menu, and although there aren’t sides on it, she confirmed with the kitchen that not only is there a dedicated frier, but they’ll also change gloves, etc and she’d put Celiac in the notes. Server loved learning this too, as she has several family members with Celiac.

Great place. I had a burger and a side of fresh fruit the first night. Then went back the next night and had a salad with blackened chicken. Waitress was knowledgeable. Food was very tasty. Gf menu of a variety of burgers and salads. French fries NOT in a dedicated fryer but fresh fruit side was good. Will go back.

Very accommodating! The gluten free menu is large. The fries are cooked in soy oil and they don’t have a separate fryer for gluten free so that eliminates some things. Good gluten free beer options and Tito’s for a gluten free vodka. They also have vegan and vegetarian options marked on their main menu.

We were given a gluten free menu upon request which had several options and they do not charge extra for the GF bun like several other places. The gluten free bun was delicious and does not crumble or fall apart like other GF buns I have had before. They also offer gluten free beer. I had the impossible burger and it was amazing!

Not sure if we picked a bad day, but they were out of GF buns and said fries are cross-fried so we ended up with a salad and a lettuce-wrapped bun. They brought out the salad decked out in croutons as well, which didn’t leave us confident for the meal. Was really hoping for a burger and fries!

I’ve been here several times but have had a few negative experiences. I’ve had them bring my burger on a regular bun and when I asked them to fix it they moved over the meat patty to the gf bun. I could tell because the patty still had the bite out of it that I had taken. This past week I ordered a salad off the gf menu. I was sure to ask them to make sure there were no croutons and told the server I had a gluten allergy. She said she would let the kitchen know about the allergy. The salad came out with croutons. I sent it back. The second salad also came out with croutons. I sent that back as well. They finally got it right on the 3rd try, but I’ve had brain fog, abdominal pain, and a migraine since. It’s not worth going back for me.

We enjoy dining here because it’s close to home and the food is good. We thought we found a great safe place for my husband to be able to eat good restaurant french fries due to them having a dedicated gluten free fryer. On our last visit there we were told the fries weren’t gluten free that day, no other explanation given. Apparently, on some days they use their fryer for other things. I’m just glad the server checked and told us. We will call and check next time before we go.

Ordered my burger and explained I needed a gluten free bun— immediately pointed out the friend onions and checked if would like them caramelized instead. Then offered gluten free safe fries. Brought my food out separately and checked in with me throughout. Felt very taken care of and like I could actually relax over my meal. DEFINITELY go here if you have gluten sensitivity or celiacs!

Was a little disappointed. The previous reviews said fries were GF. I received a GF menu. They weren’t listed. I was told they were cross contaminated. I ordered a gf bun/burger and was very clear on the allergy. They brought out a burger with a regular bun. I sent it back. They apologized and remade it but I had to watch my family eat while I waited. All and all just ok. Always remember to confirm with whoever brings your food that it was made GF.

Great place and knowledgeable staff. The server checked to make sure the fries would be gluten free based on what else had been in the fryer. The manager even came out and personally apologized and even took it off of the bill!

Had a gluten free menu but the bun was so dry I thought I would choke on it. Prices do not include a side so adding a salad would be $8 on top of an $14 burger. They had no gluten free options of alcohol is stock which was disappointing. A rug between the kitchen and the restaurant was flipped leaving a considerable tripping hazard for employees but no one every reach down to fix it. Even the manager and hostess that appeared less busy never adjusted this. We did have excellent service but food was terrible for the price.

Food tastes good, server seemed to understand gluten “allergy”, had a gluten free menu. But my celiac daughter definitely got gluten somehow. They said they had a dedicated frier for fries, but I’m wondering if that is where contamination happened.

They have plenty of options for gluten free burgers, salads, etc. Informed by waitress that the fryer has 2 separate compartments, one of which is gluten free. They technically share oil, but there is a filter between the compartments. She recommended the most sensitive people not use it, but my celiac wife had no reaction to the fries. They do have a gluten free bun, and staff seemed to know how to handle allergy items.

Spoke to our waitress about gluten-free menu, she was able to give us one. I ordered the fries since there were other reviews saying they fried them in a separate fryer. Waitress came back and suggested we not to get the fries because they fry them in the same fryer as the onion rings. Just a heads up, maybe something has changed or they didn’t feel like changing fryers that night. It was a Friday night around 7 pm when we went, it was extremely busy

Called and was assured they have a gluten free frier. Arrived and after two servers and the manager checked it turned out there is no gluten free frier. Even the corn chips can’t be made gluten free since they fry them. Finally got a burger and our celiac child still felt sick afterwards. Management was not apologetic (though the server was). Huge disappointment.

We're all dairy free, my daughter and I are gluten free, and we all enjoyed our food. The Absolute BEST gluten free bun, from any restaurant or bakery anywhere, including other states. Lots Of good toppings for the burgers, and the home made ketchup was really good. French Fries were tasty and when I called that morning to ask about the dedicated fryer, the guy who answered the phone answered immediately and confidently. So refreshing.
